I purchased 12 sheets of Innisfree My Real Squeeze facial sheet masks from Korea some time back. The range has now been upgraded to Innisfree My Real Squeeze EX but the difference between both ranges is not made known. Check out my reviews on the EX range - Tea Tree and Green Tea sheet masks. There are 18 different sheet masks in the My Real Squeeze range but I only managed to get these 12 variants as these were the only available ones when I was in their store.
It comes in 3 levels of hydration :
- Water base: Light and Fresh
- Essence base: Deeply Hydrating
- Cream base: Intensely Nourishing
Each mask is made from 100% cellulose sheets making them thin yet strong! This helps for the essences from the masks to soak into the skin more, making sure that every little bit is effectively delivered. All of the different ingredients used for each mask are extracted with the cold brew squeeze method. This helps the masks to be full of an abundant of nutrients yet also excludes unnecessary elements that your skin doesn't need.
Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask ( Bamboo ) is a refreshing water-type real mask, enriched with the abundant moisture of vitalising bamboo, leaving dry skin moisturised. The biodegradable material made from 100% eucalyptus fibers is lightweight, thin and sheer with 2 "dog ears" corners for ease of mask removal which is such a thoughtful touch.
The sheet mask adheres perfectly and moisturizes moderately well. The key ingredient, Bambusa Vulgaris extract, is known as a natural antioxidant which protects the skin from oxidative stress and damaging UV rays that will not only prematurely age skin but also irritates acne-prone skin.

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask ( Broccoli ) is a refreshing water-type real mask, enriched with rich vitamins from broccoli, leaving dull skin clear and supple. Using the same biodegradable material made from 100% eucalyptus fibers which is lightweight, sheer and thin, the mask has an artificial scent which was bearable.
That said, the sheet mask certainly delivers its claims - my skin was left feeling fresh, clear and supple after a 20 minute masking session. Loving this!
Because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, using a mask with Brassica Oleracea Italica ( Broccoli ) on the skin can help reduce puffiness and draw out impurities from the skin, leaving you with a lovely natural glow!

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask ( Green Tea ) is a refreshing water-type real mask, enriched with fresh moisture from delicately fragrant green tea, helps to keep dry skin moisturised.
I adored the cutting and the fitting of each My Real Squeeze mask sheet as well as the 2 pointed ends near the temples for easy removal. The green tea mask has a subtle green tea scent which goes away after awhile.
After a 20 minute masking session, my skin is moderately moisturised and left looking clearer and less tired.
The key ingredient, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract is said to contain good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. There is a proven study demonstrating that green tea-containing cosmetic formulations have pronounced moisturizing effects and improve skin microrelief.

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask ( Lime ) is a refreshing water-type real mask, enriched with moisture from fresh limes, leaving the skin bright and transparent. The same thin and sheer material has an artificial scent but adheres to skin pretty well.
My skin is well-moisturised and looked slightly brighter after the masking session. The following morning, my skin felt smoother to the touch.
Citrus Aurantifolia extract ( Lime ) is said to tone the skin, cleanse it and make it refreshed.

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask ( Fig ) is a moisturising essence-type real mask, enriched with rich vitamins thoroughly squeezed from figs, leaving dull skin smooth and clear. It is made from the same thin and sheer 100% eucalyptus fibers which is scented but bearable. Skin is well moisturised with the rough areas gone and felt much smoother. Unfortunately, alcohol is the 4th ingredient in the list.
Ficus Carica ( Fig ) is most prominently known for their antioxidant effects, which are provided by the polyphenols, flavonoids, and anthocyanins. These antioxidant properties help to neutralize radicals that are present in the environment.

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask ( Honey ) is a moisturising essence-type real mask, enriched with nourishing manuka honey, which thoroughly replenishes moisture on dry, rough skin. It has an artificial manuka honey scent which I don't fancy.
The material has a good fitting and adherence due to the thin and sheer material. The mask is nourishing and skin looked slightly brighter. Unfortunately, the mask contains alcohol.
That said, the key ingredient, honey is naturally antibacterial, which helps to fight off acne. High in antioxidants, honey combats harmful free radicals that damage your skin. Honey is a natural humectant that draws in moisture from the air, leaving your skin moist and smooth, and it can also help break up excess sebum (oil) that might be clogging up your pore leading to pesky pimples.

Similar to the rest of the masks in the same range, it has the same biodegradable material made from 100% eucalyptus fibers which is lightweight, sheer and thin.
I don't fancy the artificial scent or like that alcohol is included in the ingredients, however, it left my skin slightly more nourished and smoother which lasted till the following morning.
The key ingredient, Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Fruit Juice is an excellent skin hydrator as it contains almost 95% water and has high levels of lycopene (an antioxidant) which helps to prevent sun damage. It’s also rich in vitamins C, E, B6, B1, B3 and B2 – important nutrients to nurture and preserve healthy and radiant skin.

The material is thin and sheer, adheres well and has a subtle scent. It is soothing and moisturising. Skin looked slightly brighter and pores on the nose were minimized.

Loving this rich cream mask to provide additional moisture to my combination-surface dehydrated skin type. My skin is calmed, soothed and well-moisturised. Oddly, the pores on my nose looked cleaner too.

Conclusion
After trying out all the 12 variants in the Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask series, I felt that all of the sheet masks performed more or less the same, but the performances are considered good for the price paid. They are affordable as daily masks and I did not experience any tightness or outbreaks from using these sheet masks. Pretty value for money, I would say.
The only downside, is the fragrance which smells alittle artificial but I am not complaining, since the price is pretty reasonable.
If I have to choose, I would prefer cream based masks which are more nourishing and moisturizing for my skin type, followed by the essence based masks. For those with oily and sensitive skin, you can consider going for the water based and essence based series.
