Review of Origins Rejuvenating Cleansing Milk
Product Description
This silky cleansing milk with emollient-rich organic Olive Oil and Plant Glycerin instantly melts makeup, dirt and skin-damaging debris. Skin looks and feels clean, radiant, and renewed.

Made in USA, Origins is known for its natural skincare products - it was launched by Leonard Lauder, son of Estee Lauder, in 1990. With increasing concerns in the beauty industry on environmental issues, Origins creates high-performing products that are in line with the brand pillar “powered by nature and proven by science”. The brand focuses on using natural ingredients in its products, sourced from sustainable regions, with responsibly sourced packaging. Origins’ products are formulated with non-toxic alternatives, earth, plant and sea based ingredients as well as advanced science to help in the creation of safe, high-performance products.

I received Origins Rejuvenating Cleansing Milk in 50 ml size as a Christmas gift from a good friend some time back. Being a cleansing milk fan, I was of course elated to try out a new product. You can check out my past reviews on Origins mask and body scrub here.

Origins has several series in its skincare line and Origins Rejuvenating Cleansing Milk falls under the Make A Difference series where it is said to repair, replenish and rejuvenate dry skin with mega-moisturizing collection fortified with self-hydrating Rose of Jericho and hydrasustain complex.

Packaging, Scent and Texture

Origins Rejuvenating Cleansing Milk is housed in a simple tube form which makes dispensing the white milky contents easily. The texture is like a lightweight milky lotion feel and although it was white initially but it has now oxidize to a slight yellowish colour.

Upon checking with the Origins promoter, I was told that if the cap is not closed properly, it has the tendency to oxidize but it won't affect the performance of the product. That said, I do think the cap on my product was closed properly but who knows?

I love the soothing and calming scent though, which made the cleansing experience a positive one.

Performance and Ingredients

I usually use Origins Rejuvenating Cleansing Milk as the second cleanse so I can't comment on the efficacy on makeup as I prefer to use cleansing balms or micellar water for my makeup removal.

I love nourishing gentle cleansers for my delicate skin, so Origins Rejuvenating Cleansing Milk works pretty well for me, without any tightness or sensitivity. It cleanses off with water easily too, without the need for cotton pads.

The only downside is the quick oxidization when I am just using the travel sized edition.

This is a good-to-have gentle and nourishing cleansing milk for sensitive skin. If oxidization is not an issue, I would have repurchase it.
