[ Review ] Hadaomoi Suhada Stem Cell Face Mask

Hadaomoi Suhada Stem Cell Face Mask Review
Product Description
Hadaomoi Suhada Stem Cell Face Mask is a luxurious blend of human stem cell ingredients (moisturizing ingredients) and other topic ingredients such as fermented collagen, retinol derivatives, coenzyme Q1O and astaxanthin. The 100% natural cotton mask that is gentle on the skin has a close feeling of tightness that leads to bouncy skin with a refreshing sense of transparency.

I haven't bought sheet masks in a long time because of sustainability concerns. However, my husband found a Japanese Hadaomoi Suhada stem cell mask pack at Don Don Donki and wanted to give it a try.

The pack contains 30 sheet masks stacked together.

Hadaomoi Suhada Stem Cell Facial Mask Texture

The size is small, feels refreshing and there is no fragrance. It adheres very fittingly to skin, so much so that my mouth couldn't open. The sheet mask on the philtrum area were uneven across the 30 sheet masks where some were so thin that they were almost non-existence. And there is a gap between nose to cheeks.

The sheet mask hydrates skin moderately well ( rough areas on nose gone ), except for a subtle taut sensation on the philtrum, 5 minutes after removing the mask.

It contains tonnes of natural ingredients extracted from the placenta. These stem cells (placenta) are said to help regenerate new cells, repair damaged cells, and work on even the most sensitive skin.

Water, Glycerin, BG, Betaine, Human Fat Cell Accelerating Culture Extract, Lactic Acid Barbacillus / Hydrolyzed Collagen Fermentation Extract, Uquinon, Astaxanthine, Palmitine Retinor, Tetrahexyl Decanate, Sodium Hyaluronic Acid, Hyaluronic Collagen, Mandarin Orange Fruit Extract, Comflea Leaf Extract, PCA-NC a, Urea, Dia. Lysine Lauroyl Glutamate, Maltose, Sorbitol, Panthenol, Carnitine, Tropolon, Tocopherol, Squalane, Peanut Oil, Olive Fruit Oil, 1.2-Hexandiol, Capriyl Glycol, PG, Xanthan Gum, (Citric Acid/Linolic Acid/Orrainic Acid) Glycerylic Acid Caprene Acid) Grim Ceryl, Polyglyceryl Laurate -10, Stearate Clawse, Waterborne lecithin, lecithin, Polysorbate 60, Citric Acid, Sodium Citric Acid, EDTA-2Na, Phenoxyethanol

Conclusion

Hadaomoi Suhada Stem Cell Facial Mask Review

To conclude, Hadaomoi Suhada Stem Cell Face Mask isn't the best fit for me, as it left a subtle taut sensation on the philtrum, however it hydrates moderately well on other areas where the rough areas on my nose were gone.

It will not be a repurchase for me.

Carribean Spectrum Of The Seas (October 2023)

Onboard a 4D3N Carribean Spectrum Of The Seas back in October 2023. We were provided an option to put in a bid to upgrade our room and I bidded S$40 per guest ( total S$80 ) which was successful!

We upgraded from Ocean View to Ocean View Balcony and it was an absolute steal.

Food were great and performances were world-class. We enjoyed the cruise except that it was pretty crowded.

Hair Gain Nourishing Miracle Treatment Hair Mask Review

Product Description
Hair Gain's luxurious hair mask has been scientifically formulated to provide deep nourishment and hydration, helping to promote fuller, thicker and stronger hair. The restorative formula nuture and revitalize the scalp, for reduced hair loss, improved hair quality and increased lustre and shine.

Hair Gain is a totally new brand to me and it came together with my Cult Beauty The Volume Edit. This is a 50ml travel size and I am glad to try it out to battle my thinning crown, despite my thick tresses.

Made in the UK, Hair Gain is famed for its AnaGain™ as its central ingredient which is derived from the small but mighty pea shoot.

Packaging, Scent and Texture

The Hair Gain Nourishing Miracle Treatment Hair Mask comes in a charming 50ml travel tube, adorned in lovely pink. While the tube itself is pink and emits a subtle fragrance, the contents inside are surprisingly green, creating a striking contrast to the packaging. The texture is more akin to a lotion than a cream, providing a unique experience.

How To Use :
1) Apply to clean, towel-dried hair, massaging into scalp.
2) Leave on for 5-10 minutes then rinse.

Tip : Use it 1-2 times per week for the best results

Performance and Ingredients

Reactivating hair growth and moisturising hair from within, the Nourishing Miracle Treatment Mask is said to lead to stronger and healthier-looking hair with dazzling shine.

Derived from organic pea shoots, the brands exclusive AnaGain technology stimulates the hair follicles prolonging the life cycle of each strand to create a thicker, stronger and more vibrant look. A by-product of vitamin B and a popular hair conditioning agent, panthenol prevents damage, inspires shine and delivers long-lasting moisture. Natural, sugar beet-derived betaine strengthens and protects the hair further while reducing the look of humidity-induced frizz, and phytantriol protects the hair from heat damage, split ends and colour fading. With a decadent scent thatll delight both your olfactory senses and hair, simply use this rich and nutrient-dense formula for ten relaxing minutes to reap its endless rewards.

This hair mask is recommended to be used on clean towel-dried hair for 10 minutes which I did. The experience was refreshing and calming, leaving a cool sensation on both my scalp and hair. Upon rinsing, my hair felt incredibly soft, smooth, nourished, and full of bounce.

Experimenting further, I tried using it as a pre-shampoo treatment, but the results weren't as impressive compared to applying it after shampooing. Regrettably, regardless of the application method, I still experienced some hair fall hence it won't be a repurchase.

The key ingredients are...

AnaGain™ : A powerful phytonutrient and clinically tested hair booster derived from organic pea shoots

Panthenol : Functions as a powerful conditioning agent to improve shine and provide long-lasting moisture.

Natural Betaine : Reduces frizz and strengthens and protects the hair.

Aqua (Water), Cetearyl Alcohol, Betaine, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-10, Citric Acid, Parfum (Fragrance), Sodium Benzoate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Benzophenone-4, Disodium EDTA, Panthenol, Phytantriol, Buteth-3, Sodium Benzotriazolyl Butylphenol Sulfonate, Pisum Sativum (Pea) Extract, Limonene, Alpha-isomethyl Ionone, Linalool, Tributyl Citrate, Citronellal, CI 19140 (Yellow 5), CI 42090 (Blue 1), CI 17200 (Red 33)

Conclusion

To conclude, Hair Gain Nourishing Miracle Treatment Hair Mask has a lightweight lotion consistency leaving a cool sensation on both my scalp and hair during the 10 minutes treatment. Upon rinsing, my hair felt incredibly soft, smooth, nourished, and full of bounce. Unfortunately, hair fall ensued hence it won't be a repurchase.

Formulated for sensitive, dry and irritated skin, this ultra-gentle cleanser is infused with nourishing Blackcurrant and Sea Buckthorn Oils to lock in moisture and help strengthen your skin barrier, and antioxidant Fennel Seed Extract to help to protect skin from everyday pollutants and free radicals.

- Soothes
- Nourishes
- Comforts
- Non-Stripping
- Family Safe
- Microbiome-Friendly

Its been 10 years since I last used a REN product and even then, I wasn't too blown away with their products. Since I am such a big fan of cleansing milks, an Instagram friend recommended REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk saying its her favourite cleansing milk ever, so of course I have to try it.

A clean skin brand, REN's products are tested on sensitive skin and are dermatologist approved.

Packaging, Scent and Texture

REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk Texture

REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk comes in a 150ml tube product that looks larger than its contents. It has a subtle natural occurring scent. White and lotion-creamy in consistency, the cleansing milk glides on smoothly on skin.

How To Use :
1) Gently rub between hands
2) Massage onto face.
3) Rinse off with warm water.

Performance and Ingredients

REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk has a lotion-creamy consistency that feels gentle on skin but left a subtle drying feeling during cleansing upon first use. Thankfully, it didn't cause tautness, dryness or redness even after emptying the product.

It doesn't lather much and feels too gentle as a makeup remover so I am currently using it as a second cleanse. The product description also didn't state that it can be used to remove makeup.

The key ingredients are....

BLACKCURRANT SEED OIL: Extracted from non-GMO Ribes Nigrum plants cultivated in Poland using sustainable supercritical CO2 extraction, Blackcurrant Seed Extract is rich in nutrients and Omega 3 and 6 to help support the skin barrier, locking in moisture and smoothing the appearance of fine lines.

SEA BUCKTHORN OIL: Wild harvested in Finland, Baltic States, Germany, Romania, China, India and Pakistan, Sea Buckthorn Oil is rich in Omega 7 to help to nourish, firm, reduce skin roughness and defend against dryness.

FENNEL SEED EXTRACT: Extracted from non-GMO Fennel cultivated in Italy, Fennel Seeds Extract contains very strong antioxidants which help protect the skin against damage caused by free radicals.

Aqua (Water), Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/ Capric Triglyceride, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Myristyl Myristate, Glycerin, Cetearyl Glucoside, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Oryzanol, Bisabolol, Myristyl Laurate, Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Tocopherol, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Cinnamomum Camphora Linalloliferum (Ho Wood) Leaf Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Foeniculum Vulgare (Fennel) Fruit Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glucose,  Parfum* (Fragrance), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Citric Acid, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool  * 100% Natural Fragrance - Parfum 100% Naturel

Where To Purchase : Amazon

Conclusion

To conclude, REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk feels gentle on skin yet left a subtle drying feel during cleansing. Thankfully, it didn't cause tautness, dryness or redness even after emptying the product but it won't be a repurchase as such drying feel is a concern for me, for a twice daily cleanser.

The price is expensive for the size and I emptied it pretty quickly.

[ Review ] A Tapir's Tale Baby Protect UV SPF30 PA+++

A Tapir's Tale Baby Protect UV SPF30 PA+++ Review

Product Description
A Tapir's Tale Baby Protect UV is an ultra-lightweight sunblock that blends well with the skin and has a smooth finish without stickiness. Specially formulated for babies and children, it has added hyaluronic acid to enhance the skin’s natural moisturizing factor. Water-resistant and sweat-proof, this is a gentle sunblock that does not use any ultraviolet absorber. Mild enough for everyday use.

I have been eyeing A Tapir's Tale Baby Protect UV for awhile since it is a mineral sunscreen and caved in when I chanced upon a 20% discount on Motherswork sometime back.

A Tapir's Tale is a homegrown paediatric skincare label that features a range of skincare solutions based on high-quality botanicals and proven skincare actives that are safe, clean and effective. Their products are produced in Japan and free from nasties and additives like colouring, synthetic fragrances, alcohol and parabens.

Packaging, Texture and Scent

A Tapir's Tale Baby Protect UV Texture

A Tapir's Tale Baby Protect UV is a 30ml product, housed in a white tube. It has a runny white milky texture with a slight white cast and a layer of film that felt slightly greasy on my combination skin. There is no fragrance.

The small size makes it travel-friendly and the tube design doesn't leak easily.

How To Use :
1) Shake the container well and take an appropriate amount on a clean palm for use.
2) Quickly apply it to areas needed on the face and body.
3) Reapply after every few hours to prevent sunburn.

Note : Because it is a waterproof type, double cleansing is recommended. If sunscreen gets onto clothes, please wash carefully with detergent and warm water.

-Recommended for babies 6 months and above.
