Hailing from Austin, Texas, Verb's story starts from a salon chain founded by 2 guys who aren't hairstylists. Subsequently, they decided to start their own haircare brand to go along with the concept of the salon. The brand's packaging and scents are meant to be unisex and uses 30% less fragrance than other haircare brands. Check out their blog - theverbword, their salon site - modernsalon and their products - verbproducts. All their haircare products are priced at US$16.
I have thick and unruly long hair and any oil that can tame it, I am sold. Verb Ghost Oil ticks all the right boxes, except that the concentration of its key ingredients are low. It also works better on dry than wet hair as I don't see any difference when I tried it on damp hair.
In terms of ingredients, the key ingredients like Moringa and Argan Oil are found in the middle to the bottom of the list which refers to lower concentration than the silicones ( first 4 ingredients ).
The product scored 3.2 from 13 users on Makeupalley.
