The toner left my skin feeling refreshed, plump, and perfectly prepped for the next step in my skincare routine. My combination skin was more balanced and less oily after a month of regular use.
I also experimented with applying three layers, and the tackiness didn’t intensify. Instead, my skin felt noticeably more plumped and less irritated. As lotion mask ( where you pour the toner on thin cotton pads and layer on face ), it hydrates pretty well too.
