Review : VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible "Faint''ation BBBB Cream

Review of VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible "Faint''ation BBBB Cream

Product Description
Our crazy popular BBBB (BB But Better!) Cream in a new purse-proportioned edition! Ultra-light + natural-looking: a uniquely “I-can’t-put-my-finger-on-it-but-wow-your-skin-looks-sublime” finish. One shade, all skin tones. Antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-acne, anti-inflammatory benefits. Purely mineral SPF 30 sun + light protection, too. Skintriguing.

This barely-there, “dew” lightful non-makeup is tinted subtly, beautifully, evening out skin tone and refining the complexion. With antioxidants and purely mineral SPF sunscreens to protect against fine lines, hyperpigmentations and other signs of (photo) aging. With monolaurin plus other monoglycerides — all coconut-derived, soothing, anti-acne and anti-inflammatory.

Mutli-purpose: can be used:
- Alone as a barely-there non-makeup that leaves the complexion incredibly natural looking yet “skintriguingly” more refined.
- Under makeup as a skin-friendly, skin enhancing primer.

A uniquely “can’t-put-my-finger-on-it-but-wowyour- skin-looks-awesome” finish that subtly evens out skin tone, imparts a soft glow + works alone or under makeup as a primer. Purely physical (inorganic) SPF 30 protection, too.

I picked up VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible "Faint''ation BBBB Cream when I was in their store and I'm glad I did. This may be my all-time favourite BB Cream, something I know I can trust when I am battling with flakiness on my skin.

A skin-enhancing tinted moisturizer with age-fighting nutrients, I like it being creamy and hydrating without emphasizing flakiness. It wasn't love at first sight because I was dismayed to see that the shade is so sheer that it disappeared literally into the skin like nothingness.

The 12g version ( S$24 ) which I purchased is housed in a glass bottle with a silly clear cover that did not cover the dispenser hole and yet gets loose easily. The BB cream that pools around the hole makes a mess on other skincare items kept together in my white Ikea storage box.

Another pet peeve is the pump dispenser that malfunctioned after 3 times of usages. How dumb is that? Every time I use it, I have to unscrew the bottle, instead of using it from the pump dispenser.

The BB Cream with its creamy consistency is gentle and hydrating, just perfect when my skin is flaky. On optimal skin condition, it glides smoothly on my skin, with a subtle silicon after-feel. However, the significant attention on this product is that it takes time to dry. If you apply loose powder directly after application, you may feel that your skin is still slightly moist and make-up won't stay well.

VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible "Faint''ation BBBB Cream Consistency

This product has a sheer coverage and does not cover redness or blemishes, however it provides a smooth, healthy and dewy finish after application. It did not give rise to sebum overproduction but keep it in check. My holy grail BB cream.

I am loving this so much!

UPDATE 24/02/20

I have been using VMV Hypoallergenics Skintangible "Faint''ation BBBB Cream for 6 years and up till now, I am still annoyed by how the dispenser never reaches the last 15% of the contents for the 30ml size. Its not easy to decant the contents from the small opening so, much time and effort are spent on each bottle when its nearing the end. I don't think they will ever change their packaging but I have yet to find something better than this, unfortunately.

Review : Yes To Carrots Nourishing Shampoo and Pampering Conditioner

Product Description

The Pampering Conditioner (16.9 fl oz / 500 ml) provides moisture, conditions, softens, smoothes and tames even the wildest of tresses. So, get down and dirty, getting clean and conditioned!
  • 99% Natural
  • Petroleum, SLS and Paraben Free
  • Cruelty-free
Key Ingredients :
Organic Carrots are brimming with Beta-Carotene, a natural antioxidant that protects skin from damaging free radicals
Sweet Almond Oil is an excellent natural moisturizer that lends a soft beautiful glowing touch to your skin.

I love my lipbalms from Yes To Carrots so when I chanced upon a promotion of their hair products on ASOS, I decided to add in to my cart. The brand is not available on our local shores so I just have to get it overseas.

At 500ml each, the products are truly value for money but the sizes of both products are pretty cumbersome and not portable in our bathrooms due to its sheer sizes. Both hair products made a lovely scent on my long tresses though the scent did not linger for long.

The shampoo has a lotion consistency and foams pretty well, despite being SLS-free. In fact, I enjoyed using the shampoo. The packaging is similar for both products with a small gap opening on the flick top dispenser but on the conditioner, because of its thick and creamy texture, it pools up around the gap opening and get stuck. So after more than 50% used up, I found myself having to unscrew the cap to get the conditioner contents out.

With both the shampoo and conditioner usage, it made my hair softer and fuller but more frizzy. With the inclusion of the conditioner, it makes my hair softer as compared to skipping it. The hair products did not moisturize my hair totally but did not stripped it dry, just keep my hair decently clean.

The shampoo scored 3.6 from 15 users on Makeupalley.

Upper Lips Waxing at Sephora Benefit Vivocity

I had IPL done on my upper lips for a while but the shaving prior to each IPL session tends to leave my skin feeling "rough" so I switch to trying waxing recently. I am "hairy" by nature, due to my Dad's genes which also contributes to my long lovely eyelashes so I can't really complain much.

Benefit Expert : Serena
Contact for Benefit : 96555036
Cost : $16

It was an impromptu decision to do the upper lips waxing on a Saturday and there was no one manning the Benefit counter. I approached the Sephora staff and they promptly tried to locate the person. It actually took awhile before Serena came back, with a smoky smell. I was slightly miffed initially but was soon won over by her reassurance, confidence, friendliness and cheerful smile. She was professional throughout and is clearly adept in her job.

Before the session starts, there were some routine questions to be answered and filled in, just to ensure my skin is suitable for waxing.
I am a newbie in upper lips waxing and because my skin is fair, I am always worried about walking around in malls with a redness patch. ( ie. after eyebrow trimming, facial, etc ) She soothe my concern with an aloe vera soothing gel at the end of the job.

A small equipment was used to heat up the wax and dipped with wooden sticks before applying on my upper lips. Its has a warm sensation and Serena did it on 3 portions on my upper lips - left, center and right. An adhesive strip is then laid over the area, count up to 3, before peeling it off very quickly. The pain is bearable and it just hurts for that 1 second. Aloe Vera is then applied to soothe the redness and I was provided with a small tub to be used at home. Note that the redness is still apparent when I left the store.

It was a fuss-free service and everything was neatly done within 15 minutes with some Sephora customers standing there, looking at us. My upper lips area feels so clean. A card was given with waxing tips provided as well as the contact number and name of the person. A nice touch and service indeed.

 Benefit Expert : Shirley Li

A few months later, I called up the Benefit counter to make an appointment. I was quite appalled by the service rendered this time round. Despite getting through the Westgate Benefit counter each time, it was not the same for Sephora Vivocity Benefit counter. I called up several times before getting through. Sometimes, I get returned calls but on most times, there is none. When I finally manage to get a slot, I get the vibe that she was rushing for time. Did she have another appointment or was she rushing home? I am not that sure.

Prior to arrival, I even get a call from her to request for me to arrive earlier when I have clearly told her before, that I need travelling time to reach my destination and the appointment time was the earliest that I can make it.

Shirley is from China and I wasn't that impressed with her skills. While the steps are mainly the same as Serena's but she hardly waited and peeled off the adhesive once it touches the wax. Clearly, she's pressed for time. How can the hairs come off just that easily?

I was right, and she uses the tweezers to do the after-job blunders. What for, do I request for waxing when tweezers are needed in the first place? And its not just one or two hairs but a whole lot. Totally peeved. The only additional step I like, was her using make-up over it, to conceal. At least, I don't feel so self-conscious.

Review : One Love Organics Morning Glory

Product Description
Be it morning, midday, or date night, this luscious lightweight serum will wake up your skin’s natural radiance.
Raspberry Leaf—a rich source of polypeptides, flavonoids, tannins and niacin—works to stimulate, tighten and tone. Peppermint and lemon balm deliver a refreshing zing of anti-inflammatory antioxidants to help brighten, enliven and de-puff. And vegan-sourced Omega 3 fatty acids smooth the appearance of fine lines and help shield skin from everyday environmental damage. Just a little Morning Glory and your complexion will be coming up rosy.

This brightening serum is part of a trial kit which I purchased last year where I have previously reviewed its cleanser and exfoliant. Every morning, I use this serum in conjunction with its moisturizer, Skin Saviour Waterless Balm which I will review at a later date, once I used it all up. I love the scent of this product as it smells really uplifting and lovely.

Lilac green in colour, this oil-based serum needs a light hand on combination skin like mine, as it shines after application. However, the skin feels luxuriously pampered with a smooth soft touch. It glides on smoothly onto the skin and when I use it together with its Skin Saviour Waterless Balm, it makes an excellent base for make-up application as well as to hydrate the skin.

It perks up my skin and gives it a little boost to tired skin though I dislike the shiny look which I need to dab with a tissue paper. My skin has several tiny bumps on the skin which tend to spring out whenever I experiment with oils. Its such a pity because I like their wholesome ingredients.

The product contains peppermint oil as a natural sunscreen to protect against sun-induced pigmentation and you will be pleased to know that this product does not contain Petrochemicals, Parabens, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Harsh Surfactants, Chemical Additives, Preservatives, Synthetic Dyes and Fragrances, Phthalates, Silicones, Synthetic Vitamin E Or Propylene Glycol.
Ingredients :
organic wild raspberry leaf, organic lemon balm, and organic sweet mint, capric/caprylic triglyceride, organic essential oils of lemon, ylang ylang and peppermint

Review : Fancl Beauty Concentrate Treatment Mask (Eye/Mouth)

Product Description
Beauty Concentrate Treatment Mask is a special care treatment that complements the Beauty Concentrate to reduce the signs of aging around the eye and mouth area, where skin is thinner and more prone to wrinkles and laugh lines. Enriched with Lychee Seed Extract to lock in moisture to restore skin firmness and Smooth Emollient Oil to enhance skin barrier function, making the eye area more resilient.

I have been eyeing this product for some time but the price of $60 for 6 pieces is really out of my budget since it is meant to be a one-time use. When Fancl has a closing down promotion of 50%, I took the chance to snag a box. Granted, the expiry date was about 4 months away and I have to ensure I used it within the freshness period.

While I like their products being preservative-free but I wouldn't bear to spend $10 per eye mask unless it can do miracles on my eye condition. It can also be used on the lip lines but I don't use it for that purpose.
Each pair of eye masks is individually packed in a nice pink and silver box that looks luxe as you opened it like a jewellery box.

The cresent-moon shaped eye pads are soaked with a generous amount of the white milky essence. Too much indeed, that when I layered it on my undereye area, the milky essence drips slightly downwards and I just need a tissue to dab it off.

I am happy to report that the eye pads did brighten up my undereye area when I have enough sleep and with some concealer, I am ready to face the world. With lack of sleep, eye masks are not miracle workers on my undereye area though.

Review : Lancome Maqui Blanc Miracle Natural Brightening Creator P0-03

Product Description
The Aura Bright technologies
- Light System amplifies the diffusion of light to reveal the vibrant translucency of a fresh pure complexion
- Optic pink pigment generates a pinkish light that corrects dullness. To create a natural healthy looking glow.
- Optic blue pigment generates a bluish light that neutralizes yellow tones and reinforces the appearance of complexion freshness and purity

Less fillers to create poreless smooth, with Glucose Complex and Volatils Ingredients, pure skin tone stays for all day with lasting finish. Sweat-Humidity Resist High SPF26 PA/++ for fluid

The 5ml sample was part of the 2012 Christmas Coffret set which I purchased during the Christmas season. P0-03 shade provided is the cool tone range which matches my skin tone.
Runny yet concentrated in texture, it blends effortlessly onto the skin without any traces. It has a sheer to medium coverage which works well for me, on most days. On days which I have big angry red zits, it will require more concealing with a concealer.

As what the product claims, it is supposed to brighten up my skin, giving an inner glow as well as being long-wearing with its sweat-humidity resistant claim.
On my combination skin with surface dehydration, this liquid foundation is not hydrating enough and tend to emphasize the flakiness on my bad skin days. However it does brighten up my skin, giving it a nice illusion of flawless skin on my good skin days ( read: well-moisturized skin ). On good skin days, the foundation lives up to its claim of being long-wearing, with hardly much dabbing on the oiliness on my T-zone.

Review : Santaverde Naturkosmetik Aloe Vera Cleansing Gel

Product Description
The light cleansing gel cleanses the pores thoroughly without harming the natural protective layer of your skin. Mild, plant based cleansers gently remove dirt particles and make-up. Pure aloe vera juice and apple juice prevent moisture-loss for normal, young and oily skin and leave the skin even, clear and refreshed.

Hailing from Germany, this is a new brand which I have recently ventured into, after ordering the LoveLula Beauty box. You can check out more about LoveLula boxes here and check the whole range here.

Santaverde Naturkosmetik is known for using pure aloe vera juice ( instead of water ) that is cultivated in their own certified organic cultivation in Andalusia. The brand is free from synthetic fragrances, colourings and preservatives and does not contain any animal ingredients (vegan). More about the brand can be found here.

Housed in a plastic tube form, the gel cleanser has a distinct aloe vera scent that glides on the skin in a gentle and soothing mode. Even though the product seemed to cater for younger skin, it works pretty well on my skin. I like that its gentle and nourishing on my delicate sensitive skin and I have been using it on a twice daily basis for more than a month. Surprisingly, my skin feels taut recently, after cleansing. Prior to that, I have no problem with this cleanser.

Acure Organics products contain very good ingredients and this is the 2nd product from the body range which I am currently using. The only pet peeve is the poor packaging as the contents tend to pool around the cap as you place it in the upright position in the bathroom.

It took me awhile to get used to its exotic scent which seemed to be a mixture of berries and coconuts. The shower gel foams well and provides a luxury wash with its pampered lathering.
As the name implies, it certainly feels hydrating on the body. My skin feels soft and smooth after each wash.

Review : Reviva Labs Elastin & Collagen Body Firming Lotion

For Normal to Dry Skin

  • Fights Slackened Skin During Weight Loss
  • Helps Avoid Stretch Marks
  • Use on "Loose" Skin (Upper Arms, Thighs, Stomach, Buttocks)

  • Reviva brings you Body Firming Lotion with 10 times the amino acid content of lesser elastins. (We use powdered elastin concentrate, the highest quality elastin available, plus premium soluble collagen.)

Unlike skincare, I am not as disciplined when it comes to body lotion but I have been trying to be consistent with this firming lotion, hoping to see some firming skin in weeks.
Made in USA, this product comes at the right time, just as I was losing weight, so I thought it will be good to firm up the "slackened" skin if there is. Beside, I also need to tone up my thunder thighs.

With a flip-top opening cap, the plastic bottle dispenses the contents through a tiny hole on the cap. Some light depressions on the bottle is required to get the creamy lotion out. White in colour, the lotion is thick but emollient and is recommended to use on slightly wet skin in the night, with slow upward movements.

I usually use it on the back of my tights and occasionally on my stomach and arms. Because the texture of the cream is thick, it requires some succession of up-stroke movements to get it absorbed into the slightly damp skin. It is not greasy and did not feel sticky.

Lightly scented, the firming lotion moisturizes the skin pretty well and provides slight toning action but cellulite is still present. However the slight toning action made the back of my thighs look slightly more presentable. The effect is pretty subtle for more than 2 months of consistent usage but its a good improvement.

Note that this product isn't paraben-free and it also contains Diazolidinyl Urea.
This product is available in Iherb for US$7 and you can quote OKI787 to get up to US$10 off your total purchases.

Review : Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Oil 100% Pure Multipurpose Liquid

Review for Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Oil 100% Pure Multipurpose Liquid

    Product Description
Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Oil 100% Pure Multipurpose Liquid is a naturally sourced antiseptic that offers relief to minor cuts, burns, abrasions, pimples, bites and stings. Your first aid kit in a bottle.

For those with problem skin, we know too well, how fighting against inflamed and angry spots is a constant battle and every morning, looking at yourself in the mirror, you wonder if anyone will make fun of your red skin.

For those with the occasional blemishes, they always seem to appear right when they are really unwanted, before an important date or before an important event and you can only curse and swear at the damned blemish while looking at yourself in the mirror.

Most of us would do anything to clear up the culprit immediately as having smooth and glowing skin can be incredible confidence-boosting. Like squeezing the pimple or applying toothpaste on the zit to dry it up. But noooo, don't do that. You will only make it worse.

I attended a skincare seminar sometime back and received a 10ml tea tree oil as a complimentary gift.
Made in Australia, this is my first product from the brand which is formulated without parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, synthetic dyes and phthalates.

I welcome naturally-derived ingredients any time as I believe they can be just as effective, and they are not as harsh to your skin and body too. Plant based ingredients harness the power of nature to nourish our skin by calming and hydrating the skin.

Tea tree oil has proven antiseptic, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties hence I use this bottle as a spot treatment mainly for zits and it has worked pretty well. You only need a tiny drop so a 10ml sized bottle lasts more than a year for me.

The scent is soothing but the application is minty and cooling, with an occasional sting but no redness or peeling. I usually use this in the night and zits with pus healed faster by the following morning and is almost subsided by the 2nd night.

I was tempted to get the blemish gel until I saw alcohol listed in it, hence I decided to stick back to this product since it does not cause the skin around my zits to peel, as compared to most of the zit-zappers out there which can be a tad too drying. However, several applications throughout the day may cause the skin to peel slightly.

Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Oil 100% Pure Multipurpose Liquid contains Melaleuca Alternifolia ( Tea Tree ) Leaf Oil as its only ingredient so it is 100% concentrated and because I am worried of the side-effects due to incorrect application, I have written in to Thursday Plantation for advice on zits and dandruff.

Here's what Donna Bucklin, a Naturopathic Technical Advisor wrote :

" Tea tree oil is one of a few essential oils that can be applied undiluted and directly onto the skin.  I would recommend if you were to do this that you perform a patch test by placing a small quantity on your leg or foot and waiting 24-48hours to see if you have any allergic response.  The vast majority of people are not allergic to tea tree oil.  Also, it is non-toxic and quite safe when applied to the skin and it is only toxic if you ingested it or drank it.

    Acne Treatment
    ·         You can apply the tea tree oil undiluted directly onto the pimples.  Apply after cleansing and dab on with cotton bud/pad.
    ·         You can dilute the tea tree oil and apply it to the pimples.   A dilution of around 5-10% would be ideal.  For example, 100mL of water or a carrier liquid such as witch hazel lotion and add 10mL of tea tree oil.  Shake prior to using and dab onto pimples with cotton pad.

    Dandruff Treatment
    ·         Add tea tree oil to your shampoo.  Dilute to about 2%.  For example, if you have 100mL of shampoo then you would need to add 2mL of tea tree oil.
    ·         Prior to washing your hair you can make up a combination of a carrier oil and tea tree oil.  A good carrier oil for dandruff is jojoba oil.  Mix 10mL of Jojoba oil with 20 drops of tea tree oil.  Apply this to the scalp and massage in.  Leave on for 5-10 minutes and wash hair as normal. "

The product scored 4.7 from 28 users on Makeupalley. You can check out the range on Iherb and quote OKI787 if you are a first time buyer to gain discount codes. You can also get it from our local Watsons but I think its only available in selected branches.

Try it and tell if you love them as much as I do!

Review : Naruko NRK Mandarin Orange & Pineapple Pore Refining Mask

    Product Description
Effectively minimizes pores and controls sebum secretion, delivering bright and smooth skin.

A pack of 10 individually packed sheets costs me $19.90 on Naurko which was supposingly down from $29.90 but this promotional price seemed to be forever there, so it is probably just a marketing gimmick.

This mask is touted to contain 100% pure vegetable and fruit extracts to help cleanse, refine, soothe, tighten and moisturize as well as to balance oil production.

Made of a platinum-level silk mask, the material is thin and is essence-soaked with a nice sweet yummy scent. I usually prefer to use it on days when my skin is oily or with the occasional zit.
As with most Naurko masks, this mask made my skin taut after a 20minute treatment. And I don't see a significant difference or improvement with using this mask.

    Ingredients :
Water (Aqua), 1-3 Butylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Algin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Peg-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Fruit Extract, Zinc PCA, Peg-8 Isostearate, Fomes Officinalis (Mushroom) Extract, Dryopteris Filix-Mas Leaf Extract, Allantoin, Bromelain, Peppermint Oil, Fragrance.

Review : Belif First Aid 360 Eye Care Mask

    Product Description
BELIF First Aid 360 Eye Care Mask is your home therapy to reduce puffiness and brighten dark circles. This leave-on moisture gel eye mask contains mimosa as its main herb that helps to nourish and strengthen the delicate skin around the eyes. Soothe your eyes and give it the extra hydration your peepers need on a regular, weekly basis.

I received a 3ml sachet sometime back and has been using it for the past 4 nights. I always have concerns with my undereye area and this is the second overnight eye mask I tried after Naruko.

With a green sherbet colour, it looks pretty sweet and has a creamy texture that goes on thick with a refreshing and minty feel. It does not feel greasy on the under eye area but it does feel slightly sticky which dissipates after awhile. It has a lovely scent as well.

Unfortunately, 4 usages may be too short to expect a miracle and it did not impress me enough to grab the full retail size too.

Review : Innisfree Its Real Pomegranate Mask

    Product Description
Innisfree's It's Real Pomegranate Mask is effective in adding vitality and energy to your skin. It contains pomegranate and green complex and infused with the blend of herb complex water and ingredients from nature.

Innisfree has been pretty popular since it was first launched in Singapore due to the celebrity status of Lee Min Ho as the spokesperson. My colleagues have been going gaga over him since the show
" The Heirs " and has started to get Innisfree products too. The power of celebrities!

I owned 3 sheets which I purchased direct from Korea via a friend. Made of thin material, the sheet mask tears easily. It comes with eye flaps and the cutting fits my face shape well. It provides an easy fit and gives a refreshing feel after treatment but did not really hydrates my skin fully. The scent is there but not too overpowering, just artificial.

Review : Apivita Radiance & Revitalizing Mask with Pomegranate

    Product Description
    • Rejuvenates and gives radiance to the skin
    • Offers powerful antioxidant protection
    • Moisturizes the skin, leaving it soft
    • Ideal for all skin types and all ages
The 40ml sized tube mask costs me $7.50 Euros with a 23% discount off its original $10 Euros. Quite a steal, I guess. Made up of 89% natural ingredients, Apivita is also said to replace water in the face mask range with green tea infusion to enhance the antioxidant action of the products. Their products are free of parabens, silicons and propylene glycol.

Housed in an aluminium pliable tube, the depressions to get the contents out can made it look like an unpleasant shape. With the tightly twist and turn cap, it is also travel-friendly. It has a strong but nicely scented fruity smell which makes it a pleasant use when your skin needs a moisture boost.

The creamy texture with tiny beads applies easily on dry face. Beware that it may stings on dehydrated areas though it goes away after awhile. After 10 minutes, the creamy mask tends to dry up leaving little debris ( the tiny beads ) on the skin. Its a refreshing treat after a long day in an air-conditioning office but it doesn't perform much miracles on my skin. I don't really see any radiance but it does makes my skin look less tired. The hydration ability is too mild for my dehydrated skin too.

Review : REN Jojoba Microbead Purifying Facial Polish

    Product Description
A deep cleansing yet gentle facial polish, formulated with microbeads of Jojoba Oil, that will leave your skin feeling purified, invigorated and smoothed.

    Key Ingredients :
Triglycerides from Jojoba Oil: Help add suppleness to the skin.
Alpha Pinene from Juniper Oil and Menthone from Peppermint Oil: Uplift and detox the skin.

    Results:
    •Removes dead skin cells
    •Deeply cleanses and purifies
    •Restores a healthy looking complexion
    •Cools, freshens

I have been looking for a facial scrub and the trial size of this product from REN seemed to meet my expectations for being gentle and effective. Added to the fact that REN products are formulated without Parabens, Sulfates and Phthalates.

It is said that the scrub cleanses the skin with exfoliating beads made from jojoba wax and the wax microbeads gently lift and exfoliate dead skin cells and other pollutants.
Thereafter, the wax melts to indicate that the exfoliation phase is finished. The melted jojoba wax then deeply hydrates to firm and plump up the skin.

The scrub with its creamy formula contains very fine beads that are hardly abrasive on my delicate skin and gives a good exfoliation without any redness. With a pleasant menthol scent, its indeed pleasant to use.

Skin feels so much smoother after the scrub which may just tempt me into getting the full retail size until I read further on the ingredients.

According to Paula, due to its inclusion of juniper and peppermint oils, it may irritates skin resulting in the breakdown of collagen and elastin which isn't good news, isn't it?

The product scored 4.3 from 72 users on Makeupalley.

As mine is not the full size, the full ingredient list is not reflected and upon checking on the web, it seemed to have 2 slightly differing ingredient list which are posted for your reference.
