How To Get Beautiful Skin Like Sandara Park

How To Get Beautiful Skin Like Dara

Sandara Park, also known as Dara, is a South Korean actress, singer, and TV host. Dara is one of the few stars who have taken the Korean film industry to global platform. Her impeccable and unique dressing style has made her a youth fashion icon. She has not only left an impression in Korean films but also made a mark in the Philippines film industry as well. She has been honored with the most prestigious title of "Pambansang Krungkrung ng Pilipinas" for her exceptionally successful career in the Philippines. Her Filipino fans have gladly nicknamed her “Boa”.

#1 Good skin is the ultimate base
Never go to bed with makeup on, always use sunscreen even when at home, keep skin moisturised 24/7, and drink a lot of water frequently.

#2 Cleansing is the most important
A thorough cleansing is of the utmost importance. Gently exfoliate the skin when needed and moisturise the skin deeply with mask sheet and/or moisturising cream. She uses oil mist often times as it locks moisture in the skin longer than a water mist.
#3 Always wear sunscreen
When she was a student, she once saw a picture of two hands with a long term experiment done. A person put sunscreen products on the back of one hand and kept the other one bare for years. There was a huge difference in ageing of the skin between the two hands, and it was shocking.

#4 Drink lots of water
Drinking water is the definitely the best way to moisturise my skin in a healthy way. Base makeup that gives skin a glowy look would not work if skin is dehydrated. Her travel kit always has a mist inside it as she uses it very often. She prefers an oil mist since it can help lock in the moisture longer.

#5 Have enough sleep
She makes an effort to get plenty of sleep and will hit the hay for at least 10 hours on a good night to give her body and mind ample time to restore and rejuvenate.
A lack of sleep can increase inflammatory activity within the body that will manifest on the skin, resulting in breakouts, skin sensitivity, weakened immune system and weight gain.
