I got myself a packet of these cleansing sheets when I was in Japan, together with the moist version at just 210yen per pack which is about S$3.31.

According to Mandom, after google translation, this Bright Up version contains AHA and Lactic Acid to remove dull dead cells containing melanin, hence producing brighter skin.
The Bright Up line is recommended for those who are concerned with dullness, clogged pores caused by Melanin. In addition, it also help to build up strong skin that is hard to get pimples.

I have reviewed the moist version last month which is not something suitable for me.
I got better luck with this bright up version, because even though it still stings the eyes if not careful, it was not a dripping mess, unlike the moist version. With the moist version, it tends to drip all over the face and so it gets into the eyes pretty easily. However, with this bright-up, its not that dripping wet, so it does not give one the messiness which also meant the reduced tendency of stinging the eyes.
I thought the face does look clearer and brighter after each use but the effect does not seem to last.

Similar to the moist pack, the size of each pads are the same and the cleansing capability is pretty reasonable, 1 sheet on both sides made a good removal of my weekend make-up. Mascara, will of course still needs some effort to have it removed.

The only gripe is the packaging, whereby 2 pieces are kept in 1 sachet which made it such a hassle to keep 1 intact in a ziplock bag in order to avoid it being dried out, before the second day usage. I hope the people at Mandom will take this into consideration and have the 6 pieces packed separately. I am sure I am not the only irritated one.
