Rosé All Day's Butter Be Gone Cleansing Balm is a mild and effective balm cleanser that can take out impurities like excess sebum, impurities, makeup, and sunscreen. Soaked in plant-based oils and Vitamin E, it purifies without drying out your skin.
I first came across Rose All Day Butter Be Gone Cleansing Balm on Beaubit and was intrigued enough to purchase it during my 3D2N Batam Trip.
This was my first foray into the Indonesian brand, Rose All Day - they have both skincare and cosmetics. Founded by 3 girls in Indonesia, products at Rose All Day are cruelty-free and made without parabens. You can check out their full range on Rose All Day website. Unfortunately, they no longer carry Butter Be Gone Cleansing Balm.
Packaging, Scent and Texture
Rose All Day Butter Be Gone Cleansing Balm comes in a pretty pink jar with 100ml cleansing balm contents that emulsify upon contact with water. The soft balm doesn't have any fragrance. It has a lid with an enclosed spatula.
How To Use :
1) Scoop a dime-sized amount of Rosé All Day Butter Be Gone with the included spatula.
2) Warm in the palm of hands & apply to dry skin on the face with circular finger movements and gentle pressure.
3) Use your fingertips to massage Butter Be Gone into the skin with gentle circular motions.
4) Add a splash of lukewarm water to emulsify & remove makeup and oil-based impurities (dirt).
Performance and Ingredients
Butter Be Gone comes with a smooth balm texture and buttery feel so it wouldn’t drag your skin upon application. It transforms from a balm to a milky lather, melting away sebum, face and eye makeup, and sunscreen.
Initially, I didn't like it that much, as it felt oilier than what I am used to, however I do appreciate it cleanses thoroughly and rinses off my makeup and sunscreen completely. My skin felt soft and clean.
The unique butter knife-shaped spatula is equipped within the jar to provide a seamless and more hygienic application. It makes picking up the balm fuss-free.

Conclusion
To conclude, Rose All Day Butter Be Gone Cleansing Balm was an oily cleansing balm meant for dry skin, to remove makeup and sunscreen. It cleanses well and left my skin soft and clean.
