100% Pure Bright Eye Mask comes in a single sheet with 2 pairs of eye masks sealed in silver foil packaging as shown above. The hydrogel puffy material is thick, soft and glooey-like.
How To Use :
1) Unfold and place each eye mask onto clean, freshly cleansed skin, pressing gently to ensure full contact around the under-eye area.
2) Remove after 20 minutes, or when nutrients from your hydrogel mask have been fully absorbed by your skin (mask material will begin to shrivel).
3) Massage excess moisture into skin.

I brought them along during my recent Desaru trip back in June and wore them for about 20 minutes. It stung upon layering which was strange. The hydrogel patches thinned out after 20 minutes and I couldn't wait to remove them as the stinging sensation wasn't pleasant although they didn't cause any redness on my undereye area.
My overall eye area looked less tired-looking.

Conclusion
To conclude, 100% Pure Bright Eye Mask is made of a thick hydrogel material which stung upon use although they didn't left my undereye area red and itchy. I removed them after 20 minutes and my undereye area looked less tired-looking.
