Packaging, Scent and Texture
100% Pure Vitamin C Mask is a 38g powder mask in a tub. Yellow in colour, it "activates" upon mixing with warm water to become a runny serum-like consistency for application. There is no scent.
Applying it on my face reminds me vaguely of Thanaka Paste, the famous yellow mask used by the ladies in Myanmar.
How To Use :
1) Mix powder (about 1 tbsp) with a small amount of water (about 1 tsp) to activate mask (tip: add a few drops of facial oil to mask, for easy rinse-off).
2) Gently spread mask over face and neck area, then leave on for 10-15 minutes (tip: you can re-moisten the mask by misting with water and leave on longer, if desired).
3) Rinse.
Tip : Use 1-5 times per week.

Scale back on the warm water or add more Vitamin C powder, if you think the mixture may be too watery for usage which may be drippy and messy for application.
There was a subtle taut sensation on the face during application and rinsing off. And since the mask usually dries up in 10 minutes, I prefer to layer it for 5 minutes, cleanse off with damp cotton pads before rinsing the face, to avoid the taut sensation.
My skin felt very smooth and soft and looked clear and fresh. A little exfoliation comes with this mask, leaving some yellow sebum on sides of nose which I clean up with cotton buds, leaving the pores clean.

Conclusion
To conclude, 100% Pure Vitamin C Mask is a powder mask that activates with warm water, giving me very smooth and soft skin that looked clear and fresh. The pores on my nose are cleaner due to the light exfoliation.
That said, this mask may not be everyone's cup of tea due to the "preparation" required for each use, however you can be ascertain of its freshness.
