After seeing Yours Skincare all over Instagram, no thanks to influencer marketing, I was intrigued and ended up purchasing Eye Love You and Sunny Side Up SPF 30 Mist. There were no free samples when I purchased it direct from their website but judging from feedback, it seems that you will get free samples if you order from Shopee.
The branding was on-point and the packaging looked beautiful but the service fell short of being fantastic.
The order took longer than expected and I had to follow up with them. They tried to be sincere in their apology for the delay by offering a discount on their products, but I thought it was unnecessary because my order had not arrived and I had not tried the products yet, so why would you ask me to spend again?
Founded in 2018, Yours is a personalized clean beauty brand startup based in Singapore with products made in Switzerland. Their products are clean, cruelty-free and environmentally-friendly while their product formulations are compliant with the European Union’s (EU) cosmetics regulation standards, which are the most stringent in the world.
You can opt for the personalized products ( day and night set ) via a skin assessment or just purchase the essentials which I did.

Yours Eye Love You is an eye roller design filled with 10ml of contents. The yellow serum is runny with shimmers while the metal ball applicator at the end is cold to the touch and said to depuff and soothe the undereye area.
There is not much of a scent but has a subtle cooling sensation upon immediate application. There was a slight tackiness that takes awhile to be absorbed.
How To Use : < on box packaging >
1) After cleansing, toning and applying your serum, roll a thin layer around your eye area.
2) Gently pat in until absorbed
3) Follow with your moisturiser.
Tip : Use every day, morning and night for best results.
Performance and Ingredients
Using clean, non-toxic, sustainable ingredients that are ethically sourced from Switzerland through transparent supply chains and rigorously tested to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and efficacy, Eye Love You contains a blend of 8 clean, sustainable Swiss active ingredients including Vitamin B9, Caffeine, Pomegranate extract, Green Tea Leaf extract and Aloe Vera for fresh, revived and bright eyes.
The eye roller comes in a box but interestingly, there wasn't any batch code or expiry date on the box and on the roller. And the ingredients were not stated on the box as well.
The 10ml eye roller is cute and I used it immediately upon purchase. Eye roller is not new to me so I was surprised that I couldn't get the contents out easily. Sometimes it can dispense well, sometimes, it can't dispense at all. It just happened very randomly.
A quick Google search revealed that other customers were experiencing the same problem too, although, I cannot find those feedback now.
After checking with customer service, who responded quickly, I was told to shake the roller before using it and it really did work as what she said.
How To Use Yours Skincare Eye Love You
1) Shake your eye serum well, like a pen, with the metal rollerball tip facing downwards.
2) Very gently, massage your entire eye area with the soothing metal roller, and continue for 30 seconds to boost absorption and blood circulation.
3) Lightly tap in any excess with your ring finger, being careful not to drag or pull at your skin. It’s a powerful serum, so a little goes a long way!
Tip : Keep your eye roller in the freezer for 2-3 mins while you do the rest of your skincare routine. After which, the cooling metal tip of the eye roller will help to soothe tired and puffy eyes!
Unfortunately, before I can enjoy more of the rolling action, it rolled onto the floor one day and broke. My heart broke into pieces that day too. Haiz, I only managed to use the eye roller for 2 weeks.
I am usually careful with my skincare products so I am really sad this happened. I decanted the remaining contents into a tub and continued using it with fingers and patting action.
Yours Skincare Eye Love You lasted me for about 4 months with twice daily usage. The lightweight runny serum applies with a subtle cooling sensation and a light tackiness that takes awhile to be absorbed. It contains mica that provides a delicate shimmer to create shine and makes the skin “glow” as mica reflects light away from the face, giving the wearer a softer, more youthful look.
However, the glow is not very obvious from this eye serum and I didn't see much difference to my undereye area after 4 months of twice-daily usage.

Beautifeye : Features Beautify, an antioxidant that helps firm the delicate skin around your eye area, diminish signs of aging and stress, and reduces puffiness and dark circles.
Aloe Vera : Features aloe vera, which antioxidants, enzymes, Vitamins A and C, and is anti-inflammatory. On top of that it is extremely hydrating, a powerful ingredient to help heal burns, reduce acne and moisturize dry skin.

Conclusion
To conclude, Yours Eye Love You is a lightweight runny serum filled with promising ingredients, however, I didn't see a difference to my undereye area after 4 months of regular usage.
Then again, skincare is very personal. What don't work well for me, might just work for you.
