I first came across Vanicream Gentle Body Wash while searching for pregnancy-safe products and promptly purchased one from Iherb.
Packaging, Scent and Texture
Vanicream Gentle Body Wash is housed in a 355ml bottle with a flick top cap that dispenses the pearly creamy-gel contents moderately well till it reaches the last 10% which started to get increasingly difficult. There is no scent.
How To Use :
Apply to wet pouf, washcloth or hands, lather, rinse, and pat dry with towel.
Performance and Ingredients
Vanicream Gentle Body Wash is said to be a mild and gentle soap-free formula with no harsh cleansing agents, no botanical extracts or essential oils. It is also sulfate-free, gluten-free, oil-free, betaine-free and pH balanced. Suitable for hands and body. Dermatologist tested. Kid-friendly. Awarded the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance.
Judging from the popular reviews on Iherb and Amazon, this is a very popular body wash that worked well for those with dry and sensitive skin as well as those battling with eczema.
It cleanses and lathers well but unfortunately, started to get slightly drying from Day 3 onwards. The drying after-feel was subtle but present so I was surprised since my skin wasn't very drying in the first place.
A little disappointing so it won't be a repurchase.

Conclusion
To conclude, Vanicream Gentle Body Wash is a body wash awarded with National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance and works pretty well on dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin, according to the reviews, however, it doesn't perform as great on my skin, leaving it slightly dry.
Won't be a repurchase but what don't work for me may just work well for you.
