My parents visited Taiwan last year and gifted some sheet masks, knowing what a "maskaholic" I am. Said to contain pearl powder extracts and various amino acids to reverse the effect of environmental damage and create a fairer complexion with a lovely watery finish, My Beauty Diary Royal Pearl Mask also contains Cosphingo x Aquaroad complex plus calcium, magnesium, zinc, mulbery, sugar maple, gingko and malvasylvestris extracts to revitalize and nourish, boosting skin health and strength.
Each sheet mask is individually packed in a box and does not contain parabens, preservatives, alcohol, mineral oils, pigments or fluorescent agents. The ultra silky hydrating fabric is made of Tencel fabric woven with Spunlace to create an ultra-thin structure that holds water and maximum essential fluids.It helps to allow the skin to absorb essences from the mask and enhances nourishment.
There is a subtle scent of baby powder which dissipates after a short while. The cutting of the mask is slightly larger around the eye area and slightly smaller on the nose area, which did not cover the nose wings. I presume it would fit best for those with a slightly sharper nose.
My Beauty Diary Royal Pearl Mask did not give me the result as hoped, even though I have used up 2 masks, on a weekly basis. I did not see any brightening effect or radiant glow at all, although it did hydrate and soothe my skin slightly. It is reasonable for the price point, although I think there are other masks which may work better.
