It was a surprising find of mine recently although it is not a new product from Clinique. I owned a 15ml sample size and it was such a joy to use, at the end of the day to remove my light make-up.
A solid balm ( looks and feels like hair wax ) which melts into a silky oil-milk emulsion, upon massaging on dry skin, it removes my make-up thoroughly. However, it was a little tricky to use it around the eyes, where my eyeliner is, but I still did manage to remove some of it, spreading the balm on the cotton buds and use it to clean the eyeliner marks, without any irritation to the eyes.
Containing emollients and plant oil to dissolve makeup, it glides on skin so well and makes my skin super soft after each cleansing session. I do believe it would be a great product for those with dry skin too. It is also a handy product for travelling, as one does not need to worry about leakage.
However, do note that, this is a tub product which makes dipping into the balm, every time you need to use it. Some people may not like this.
