I have thick and long tresses and with yearly hair colouring and perming in the past, my hair locks are dry, frizzy and always tangled at the ends. At every hair salon, I felt almost apologetic that the stylist has to spend some time combing out all the tangled hair knots.
PHS Hairscience Adv Detangling Hair Spray comes to the rescue with its smoothing and detangling benefits. I like leave-in treatments as they tend to be lighter and perfect for the busy mornings and keep your tresses hydrated till the next wash by locking in moisture and strengthening stressed hair.
At 250ml size, the cylinder bottle stands upright with a slim shape that one can hold it easily but is actually alittle too "long-ish" for my small hands to grip it securely as I spray my hair. The clear plastic cap broke ( and can't be used anymore ) after I dropped the bottle twice. What a klutz I am!
Recommended to be used on damp hair, the Adv Detangling Hair Spray is easy to use and sprays well to smoothen and soften it for detangling effect. The floral scent is another bonus point although it does not linger for long.
My hair is definitely softer, smoother and is easier to comb through on soon-to-be dry hair. The effect is not too obvious when it is used on damp hair though. Note that, my hair is not 100% kink-free after using the spray but the tangled ends are minimized.
In terms of ingredients, there are silicones listed as the 2nd and 3rd ingredients - they are used for conditioning and makes it easier for a comb to glide through the hair, when used in hair products.
