DON’T DRAW A STRAIGHT LINE WITH YOUR EYELINER
For more open-looking and bigger eyes, she recommends following the natural curve of your bottom lash line, rather than a straight line. The dip will open your eye out even more. To make your eyes look even bigger, Beckham suggests dusting a lighter-coloured eyeshadow from the crease of your eye up to your brow bone.


USE LIP BALM ON YOUR EYELIDS AND CHEEKS
If you’re trying out the wet makeup look, Beckham suggests using lip balm and applying it to eyelids and top of the cheeks, where you would usually highlight. She endorses this technique so much that she even uses this method on her models at fashion shows.

CONTOUR WITH LIGHTER SHADES
After contouring with your typical product, Beckham recommends blending it in with a lighter-coloured powder around the jawline, the nose, the centre of the face, underneath the eyes, the top of the cheeks and the forehead. It mattes everything down and helps blend it together as a transition shade between the contour and your foundation.

HOW TO GROW YOUR EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES
Beckham swears by Latisse hair-growth products for her eyebrow and eyelash hair growth, and says that it always ensures her hair is luxurious.

USE A JADE ROLLER AFTER A FACE MASK
After applying a face mask, Beckham likes to massage her face with a jade roller. Another hack she suggests is using the gauze of the face mask as a DIY neck mask. The neck often goes un-massaged or unmasked, and that can lead to premature wrinkling. This way, the neck gets a massage, and no product is being wasted.

EAT BEE POLLEN TO AVOID WRINKLES
Beckham eats spoonfuls of goopy bee pollen to avoid wrinkles. It contains twenty-two amino acids, twelve vitamins and twenty-eight minerals. While this is not applicable for vegans, if you’re all for being omnivorous then maybe this might be the option for you.

EAT SALMON EVERYDAY
As we have mentioned in an article previously, eating salmon daily can help with glowing skin. And Beckham reinforces this by saying that she eats salmon every single day. Salmon is full of omega-3 fatty acids, which are desired for their healthy skin glow benefits. She said it didn’t matter which meal you ate salmon for, but you have to eat it every single day in order to see some real benefits.

ALTERNATE BETWEEN HOT AND COLD SHOWERS
After her usual routine of washing her hair and body, Beckham blasts cold water for 30 seconds, switches it to hot water for another 30 seconds, and then finishes off with another icy cold 30 second rinse. This 90 second routine is said to wake people up by increasing the blood flow. It is also praised for firming up the skin, burning fat, and improving the immune system.
