My skin tends to react easily to unsuitable cleansers - red, raw and tight, hence I don't change cleansers that easily, preferring to stick back to the usual cleansers which my skin is used to. I was skeptical when the promoter insists that this cleanser is good and is suitable for me. And since it comes in the prescription set, I have no choice but to take it.
True to her words, I fell in love with Grown Alchemist Hydra-Restore Cream Cleanser Olive Oil and Plantago Extract at first use. It fits all my criteria on what a good cleanser ( for my sensitive skin type ) entails - gentle, creamy and nourishing.
The facial cleanser comes in an aluminium tube type, where its at its minimal wastage since you can practically squeeze till the last drop, however, with all the pinch and squeeze, the tube tends to look like a mess thereafter.
The white creamy contents has a herbal scent which smells pretty soothing and relaxing. It is non-greasy even though the consistency comes across as thick. On sensitive or dry skin, the cleanser is a dream come true, it is gentle yet effective. You can't help feeling that your skin is clean, soft, and pampered after each cleansing experience. There is no redness and tautness.
However, please note that, I use this as a night cleanser after using a make-up remover hence I can't comment on the efficacy as a make-up remover.
