Review of Andalou Naturals Luminous Eye Serum

Product Description
Fruit stem cell complex, vitamin C, and goji glycopeptides enzymatically support dermal vitality for a lighter, tighter, brighter looking appearance as caffeine from green coffee uplifts circulation for youthful luminosity

Key Ingredients :
  • Designed with regenerating fruit stem cell science for visible brightening results
  • Boosts collagen and elastin to smooth fine lines and firm dermal texture
  • Caffeine from green coffee stimulates circulation to reduce puffiness and help diminish dark circles

My undereye area has been a main concern for many years. Dark circles, eye bags and fine lines are apparent. I have been told that for genetic causes, dark circles and eye bags would probably not respond to topical treatment. Then again, even though it may sound idealistic, but isn't life all about hope?  As such, I have always been on the search for an eye product which works.

Andalou Naturals Luminous Eye Serum has been highly raved because of its ingredients and its effectiveness. It contains good ingredients like sodium PCA, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C and multiple skin-repairing agents to help skin look younger and healthier. Who doesn't want that?

Made naturally with certified organic, Non-GMO Project verified and Fair Trade ingredients, Andalou Naturals Luminous Eye Serum is also paraben and sulfate free, vegan and cruelty-free with 75% certified organic ingredients.

At 18ml size, this eye serum costs an affordable S$22.10 from Iherb which was such a steal, to be honest. Simply use my code OKI787 to get 10% off your entire first order, if you are a first time customer.

With a medium consistency, this eye serum feels like a lightweight cream moisturiser for the eyes. There is no greasy after-feel and the serum takes a while to sink in. As such, even though I can layer an eye gel after the serum, I didn't feel like doing so, for the fear of millia seeds. I also prefer using the eye serum in the night, as opposed to the day, since the texture may be too heavy.

A little goes a long way, so its a pretty good value for money eye product, especially if it works for you. The tube is good for travelling, with its thin portable size.

I can't say I experience spectacular results with this eye serum but it did help to hydrate on the undereye area because the skin looks less dry. But other than that, there is no difference to the fine lines or under eye circles.

The product scored 4.4 from 10 users on Makeupalley and has a low hazard score of 1 on EWG.
