I love hydrating masks so I couldn't resist picking this up once from Singapore Watsons and the second time during my Japan trip. I am glad I have made the right choice because this is going to be my favourite hydrating mask from now on.

Being made in Japan, I have higher expectations of their skincare products and it truly deliver its promises.
It costs $19.50 from Watsons and about $12 in Japan for 5 sheets in a box.

The quality of the sheets is medicore as it tears easily when I pulled out of the packaging. The cut fits my face well except for the large flap on the eye area hence my undereye areas were not covered with the mask.

I dislike the sticky feeling after each treatment. I need to cleanse off after each time but that did not affect the essence on my skin as I feel that my face is throughly hydrated and lasted well to the next couple of days.

According to this source , Cyclomethicone is not a "friendly" emollient ingredient but to Cosmeticscop , its perfectly acceptable. There are people who are sensitive to silicones ingredients or their pores get clogged by silicone ingredients easily so just take note that its one of the ingredients in this mask.

Both Methylparaben and Ethylparaben are preservatives but are not welcomed ingredients in these 2 sources (source1) (source2) however Cosmeticscop have done an extensive research on it and thinks that parabens for their small amounts used in skincare products do not pose a significant health risk.
