Review : OSEA Advanced Protection Cream

Product Description
This ultra rich Organic Seaweed and botanical anti-aging moisturiser deeply hydrates and firms skin. DPHP, an amino acid compound visibly evens skin tone and reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation. Luscious Grapeseed, Jojoba and Avocado oils minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for a plump and renewed complexion

Avocado (Persea Gratissima) Oil : firms skin and helps diminish the appearance of wrinkles. Rich in vitamin E.

DPHP (Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline) : an amino acid compound that visibly reduces the signs of aging and provides an overall smoothing effect.

Grapeseed (Vitis Vinifera) Oil : hydrates and helps smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Rich in essential fatty acids.

Macadamia (Macadamia Ternifolia) Seed Oil : rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants to deeply hydrates skin and visibly reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.


OSEA Advanced Protection Cream is the last product from my OSEA skin starter kit set and is my favourite among the 4 products - Cleansing Milk, Vitamin Boost, Argan Oil and Protection Cream. Needless to say, it is also the first product to be used up, followed by the Vitamin Boost, Cleansing Milk and Argan Oil. The travel size looks to be 15ml to 20ml size although the quantity is not stated anywhere. 

If one is looking for vegan skincare products, OSEA Malibu usually comes to mind as it does not contain synthetic ingredients like gluten or sulfates. Their main ingredient is Algae Extract which hydrates and improve skin texture.

Review : OSEA Undaria Argan Oil

OSEA Undaria Argan Oil is a soothing botanical oil that delivers ultimate hydration and instant radiance to dry, sensitive skin. Pure Organic Argan Oil, rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E is infused with mineral-rich Organic Undaria Seaweed to lock in moisture. Visibly minimizes signs of aging for a plumper, more youthful appearance. Skin is calmed, hydrated and perfectly luminous.

Undaria Pinnatifida Extract : rich in iodine, iron, potassium, calcium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12. Contains Fucoidan, a particularly hydrating compound that promotes a youthful, plump appearance. Reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while also minimizing the appearance of surface redness.

Argan (Argan Spinosa) Oil : provides rich hydration for a nourished, youthful looking complexion. Contains vitamin E and essential fatty acids.

Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) Oil : provides light hydration, minimizes surface impurities and cleanses skin.

Grapeseed (Vitis Vinifera) Oil : hydrates and helps smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Rich in essential fatty acids.

Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) Oil : relaxing and balancing properties and a natural skin soother.

The 3.75ml travel size sample of OSEA Undaria Argan Oil that was part of the OSEA Rosacea and Sensitive Skin Starter Kit comes in a glass bottle with a roller ball applicator that dispenses the Argan Oil on the face. Every day and night, I will just use the roller to roll all over the face as it dispenses the oil bit by bit and spread it via fingers.

I was excited to try the OSEA Vitamin Sea Boost after hearing so many positive reviews from the skincare community on Instagram. I'm also a fan of facial mist, so it's no surprise that I'd want to try this. So, how does this product fare?

Joining Instagram has made me more aware of the various green beauty brands out there, since I don't have a green beauty friend around me. Osea comes highly recommended from the green beauty community so it was apt to get a travel set during Christmas as a gift for myself. Then again, I buy beauty products all year around, so its not exactly a gift. #justsaying

How to look slim with the right hairstyle

Just like how the eyebrows frame the face, our hair also plays a part in framing the face shape. A good haircut and colour can enhance the face features, to make one look younger, better and prettier. The right haircut can also makes your face look smaller and slimmer too! 

Softness around the face is key. To make your face appear slimmer, keep to as much body and volume, like tousled and wavy looks but not tight and slick looks. 


Loose Half-Updo
If hair is pulled straight back, face looks rounder because the temple is the widest part of the face. To soften the look, pull some hair down around your cheekbones to create a frame around the face.

For round face, a straight-across bang is a no-no.
Cut bangs gently around your face and cheekbones and watch out for bangs cut too short.
