Joining Instagram has made me more aware of the various green beauty brands out there, since I don't have a green beauty friend around me. Osea comes highly recommended from the green beauty community so it was apt to get a travel set during Christmas as a gift for myself. Then again, I buy beauty products all year around, so its not exactly a gift. #justsaying

I had wanted to purchase the OSEA Rosacea and Sensitive Skin Starter that comes with the Ocean Cleansing Milk, Sea Vitamin Boost, Undaria Argan Oil and Advance Protection Cream, however, I wasn't informed when it was out of stock even though I had paid for them.

In the end, I ended up with Everyday Essentials where most of the items were the same except that the Sea Vitamin Boost was replaced with Ocean Lotion. Thankfully, Pure Tincture readily agreed to an exchange of the Ocean Lotion to Sea Vitamin Boost so I still ended up with the products I wanted.

Made in USA, Malibu, OSEA ( Ocean Sun Sea Atmosphere ) is a natural skincare line free of toxic, synthetic ingredients such as parabens, petrochemicals and sulfates as well as being vegan, gluten-free and biodegradable.

It is also the first company to sign "Compact For Safe Cosmetics", an initiative that holds companies accountable for ensuring their products are free of chemicals known/suspected of causing cancer, mutation or birth defects.

The 30ml size of the OSEA Ocean Cleansing Milk comes in a glass bottle with a pump dispenser which pumps out the white milky contents. Being a cleansing milk fan, I was initially disappointed that the Ocean Cleansing Milk is not as concentrated and creamy as I thought it would be, instead the texture runs alittle thin and is runny.

However, I was soon won over by how clean my pores were, after using the cleansing milk day and night for more than 2 weeks.

I also like that OSEA Ocean Cleansing Milk is a gentle cleanser suitable for sensitive, delicate or mature skin or on days when your skin is feeling irritated and dehydrated.

The all natural face cleanser glides on skin easily, cleanses well and is easy to be rinse off. It has a subtle natural scent which requires some adjusting but is not too much a concern. I use it primarily as a cleanser and not as a make-up remover. There is no tightness or greasiness, just a good old cleanser that does what it is suppose to do and calms any redness or irritation on the skin.

Note that the tube connecting to the pump dispenser does not work that well, when the bottle is nearing to the end of contents.
