I first came across Dr. Seed Body Washes when Waseyo brought them in, which intrigued me enough, to purchase 2 bottles of different variants ( Lemon Breeze and Midnight Rose ) immediately.

Midnight Rose

After trying them and loving them so much, I purchased the Bebe Musk, Iris Sherbet and Squeeze Peach variant several months later, which were winners in my heart. Unfortunately, Waseyo no longer carry this brand on their website.

Other than having pH 5.5, Dr. Seed Honey and Bomb Moisture Body Washes use ingredients which are of EWG 1- 2 rating, meaning how safe the ingredient is, with 5 having the highest toxicity. Each body wash is made of 4 main ingredients - honey, milk, royal jelly and propolis while the scents are made by professional perfumers. Dr. Seed also remove 20 kinds of ingredients which can arouse skin irritation by checking harmfulness of materials meticulously.

4 Main Ingredients :
Honey - Excellent moisturizing effect. Full of vitamins and minerals
Milk - Lactic Acid in milk removes dead cells and niacinamide makes skin radiant and bright
Royal Jelly - Full of protein, carbohydrate, fat, moisture and vitamins
Propolis - Holds moisture in skin and protects skin from external irritation

20 ingredients with high possibility of skin irritation are not in the body wash

The body wash comes in 10 variants, namely
Bebe Musk - Has a powdery scent which consists of sweet and cozy heliotrope scent, ylang-ylang and rose
Midnight Rose - An elegant scent which consists of fresh white peach, orange flower, jasmine and red rose
Lemon Breeze - Well-harmonized and natural scent of fresh lemon, lime, mandarin, green verbena and lavender
Mango Sunset - Fresh scent of well ripe fresh mangoes
Squeeze Peach - Harmony of fresh peaches and fruit scent
Candy Blossom - Warm and sweet scent like a cotton candy which consists of mandarin oranges and sweet pea
Fresh Green - Like a clear dew which consists of fresh citrus refreshing green tea and moist oakmoss scent
White Garden - Fresh green note scent which consist of deep rich jasmine and tuberose like in the flower garden.
Iris Sherbet - Cool scent of floral scent which consists of deep orange flower, iris, and tuberose
Evening Musk - Elegant and attractive scent which consists of fragrant rose, deep jasmine, soft musk scent and Tonka bean

Bebe Musk has a relaxing fragrance which was love at first use while the Lemon Breeze fragrance is uplifting and refreshing and I love it, much more than the Midnight Rose fragrance which is overpowering. However, I have grown to be accustomed to the Midnight Rose fragrance so its no longer an issue. Iris Sherbet has a cloying sweet fragrance which I am not a fan of but its still bearable. Squeeze Peach, like its name, really smells like peaches and its so delicious!

Each 500ml comes in a pump bottle that dispenses the runny contents easily, right to the last drop. However, since the contents are pretty runny, they tend to spurt out from the nozzle, making the bottle soapy and wasting some contents along the way.

However, there were no spurting issues from my Bebe Musk and Iris Sherbet variants which I purchased several months later.

Dr. Seed Honey and Bomb Moisture Body Wash ( Bebe Mask ),  Dr. Seed Honey and Bomb Moisture Body Wash ( Iris Sherbet ), Dr. Seed Honey and Bomb Moisture Body Wash ( Lemon Breeze ), Dr. Seed Honey and Bomb Moisture Body Wash ( Midnight Rose ) and Dr. Seed Honey and Bomb Moisture Body Wash ( Squeeze Peach ) contain plenty of suds for lathering and the body washes are gentle and nourishing for the skin, without any drying after-feel.

I highly recommend the Bebe Musk, Lemon Breeze and Squeeze Peach variant if you are looking for a gentle body wash.

[ Review ] : Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo ( Fresh Green, Iris Sherbet )

After positive experiences with Dr. Seed Honey and Seed Moisture Body Washes, I purchased their shampoos several months later. Unfortunately, it seemed that Waseyo no longer carry the 500ml retail sizes, with only 100ml travel sizes remaining.

Made in Korea, Dr. Seed is made of safe ingredients where the whole family can use without worries as they do without 20 kinds of harmful materials which you can refer below. The shampoos contain natural originated ingredients such as seed extract and natural oil and are manufactured at ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facility.

There are 10 variants of the scents and I purchased Fresh Green and Iris Sherbet.

Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo comes in a 500ml bottle with a pump nozzle that dispenses the shampoo for a good cleansing of the scalp and hair. It lathers and gives rise to loads of foam.

"Fresh Green" scent is described as clear dew with a mixture of fresh citrus, refreshing green tea and moist oakmoss scent. To me, it smells like fresh green leaves and is rather subtle.

I didn't like Iris Sherbet as a body wash as the scent was alittle too cloying for me, but it was fine as a hair shampoo scent. 

I started using Fresh Green first and a year later, I used Iris Sherbet, however the experiences were vastly different. I believed my hair condition played a big part since both shampoos were the same, except for the scents. 

Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo ( Fresh Green ) was rather moisturising initially and I can actually do without conditioner. My hair was rather soft and smooth, however after about 50% down the bottle, I noticed that my hair started to get drier, so much so that even my regular hair stylist commented that I should not neglect hair conditioning as it was dry and tangled with kinks. My hair also started to get more frizzy.

After adding in a rinse-off conditioner, my hair condition started to improve slightly.

A year later ( June 2021 ), I started using Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo ( Iris Sherbet ) but it caused more hair fall ( found in the bathroom drain, while air-drying and when dried ). Every time I ran my fingers through my hair, more hair strands came off. I also noticed more hair in the bathroom drain after shampoo-ing. My hair was clean but slightly drier and had more hair kinks after using the shampoo. 

Thereafter, I added on Parachute Advansed Ayurvedic Coconut Hair Oil and it had helped improve the condition. I used it prior to shampoo-ing my hair and noticed a difference. Stronger hair strands, lesser hair fall and less drying. I might try with regular coconut oil once this travel-size is used up and see if I get the same effect. 

According to Waseyo, Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo was selected as the 2018 KBA Beauty Award Winner for Natural Shampoo and was also the 2018 hit item by "Money Today" for Natural Shampoo and Treatment.

In terms of ingredients, the Revitalize Shampoo uses natural-originated nonionic surfactant which is said to be the safest for skin - Coco-glucoside ( Coconut Oil ) and Lauryl Glucoside ( Corn/Potato Starch ).

Key Ingredients : 

Sachainch : Full of omega-3, omega-6 fatty acids to supply nutrients to scalp and help to keep moisture.

Oatmeal : Silaca and prostaglandin make scalp sleek and promote healthy hair.

Black Bean : Contains plentiful amount of cysteine for scalp care and keratin to promote healthy scalp and hair.

Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo

To conclude, Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo ( Fresh Green ) may be a hit for those with oily hair. It is a decent shampoo for the price and the natural ingredients. Drier and frizzy hair is a deterrent for me so I won't repurchase Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo ( Fresh Green ) for now.

Dr. Seed Super Seed Bomb Revitalize Shampoo ( Iris Sherbet ) caused more hair fall and it won't be a repurchase. Coconut Hair Oil prior to shampoo-ing the hair helped to improve the hair condition.
