Mamonde Pang Pang Hair Shadow Review

Product Description

Pang Pang Hair Shadow cleans up uneven hairlines by just tapping (the sound expressed as “pang pang” in Korean) for a more youthful look. Simply pat along your hairline and it will helps enhance and flatter your face shape. With rose hip fruit oil suitable for any type of hairline. Compact size hair shadow with a mirror and puff together to easily fix your hairline anytime and anywhere.

Despite being touted as a hair shadow to make your hair appear fuller, I actually purchased it to make the greys less obvious in-between scheduled hair colouring jobs.
I am always looking for ways to "stretch" the days/weeks to my next hair colouring job to reduce the frequency of travelling to the hair salon (save time), to reduce the number of chemicals in my hair (less damaging) and to save money. Packaging, Scent and Texture
Mamonde Pang Pang Hair Shadow comes in a cute pot of 3.5grams of contents. It has no fragrance and is housed like a pressed powder for the hair, with a puff enclosed. Open the lid and a mirror is revealed. Pull out the bottom lid and the puff application can be used to go "pang pang" on your hair.
How To Use :
Use the applicator puff attached on the bottom of the Pang Pang Hair Shadow to apply as desired along the hairline or on any sparse spots in your hair.

Performance and Ingredients
This hair coloring powder comes with a built-in mirror and is available in 3 colors. Simply dab on sparse areas of your scalp and hairline to make hair look naturally dark, dense and voluminous. Infused with rosehip fruit extract to nourish your hair and scalp.

Due to its powder form, it is matte and can "flatten" the hair and make it more frizzy if you overdo it. I have chosen 01 Babyface Hairline ( to match my black-dark brown hair ) which is now known as Dark Brown.
5 minutes is all I need, by tapping gently on the hair shadow and then tap on my parting line and the temple where the greys are usually more obvious.
To make your hair appear fuller, you can use the puff to tap on the areas where it is thinning, so that it has a visual effect of having more hair.
Mamonde Pang Pang Hair Shadow has a travel-friendly size which is easy for one to carry it everywhere. The packaging is also sturdy so you don't have to worry about spillage.

Conclusion
To conclude, Mamonde Pang Pang Hair Shadow worked well for me. I loved it initially but noticed more hair frizziness when I overdone so I have to be mindful of it during application.
I have purchased 2 more Pang Pang Hair Shadows as backups and gifted another one to my mother too.
My last product from the brand was its famed Mamonde Rose Water Toner.
