I am on a quest to try out all cleansing milks in the market because my finicky skin type loves them so much. My last 3 milk cleansers were Muji Mild Milk Cleansing, The Organic Pharmacy Rose & Chamomile Cleansing Milk and Dr. Hauschka Soothing Cleansing Milk whilst my all-time favourite cleansers were Skin Origin Cleansing Milk , Breathe Skin Therapy Moisturizing Cleanser Emulsion , Grown Alchemist Olive Leaf and Plantago Extract Facial Cream Cleanser, Edible Beauty Belle Fracais Cleansing Milk and Sioris Cleanse Me Softly Milk Cleanser.
I have been eyeing Wei Beauty for the longest time and when there was a 50% off the cleanser on Sephora Singapore, I quickly added the cleanser into my cart. However, unfortunately, it seems that the brand is no longer available in Singapore.

Packaging, Scent and Texture
Wei Beauty Even Brighter Silky Cleansing Milk is a 200ml milky white bottle with a pump dispenser. It is beautifully hand-wrapped in artisanal Chinese paper with a Wei Beauty logo sticker and slotted into the pink box. Tres Chic with delicate beauty!
This hand-wrapped experience is to simulate the experience of a herbalist who weighs herbs and wraps them in handwritten paper that shows the Doctor's prescription.
Floral scented with a cloudy lightweight texture that foams. I was initially worried that it might be drying on my combination-dehydrated skin type as foaming cleansers tend to do that, but thankfully, my worries were unfounded.

Unlike other milk cleansers, the texture wasn't milky or creamy but has a off-white cloudy consistency that resembles a light foaming cleanser, so it isn't something I really fancy in a milk cleanser.
How To Use :
1) Apply 2-3 pumps to wet hands and massage onto face.
2) Rinse with warm water.
3) Follow with serum and moisturizer.
Use daily, morning and evening.
Performance and Ingredients
With quality standards, research and development by Wei Beauty USA and product made in China, Wei Beauty Even Brighter Silky Cleansing Milk lathers with light suds and left skin soft, smooth and clean. I use it primarily as a second cleanse after removing sunscreen and makeup.
Just 1-2 pumps are enough for the face and the 200ml cleanser can last me for about 2 months with twice daily use.
That said, this won't be a repurchase as I didn't like the floral fragrance, the foaming action and the non-milky consistency.
The key ingredients are...
Rice : Also known as Oryza Sativa (rice) Bran Extract, it is a potent antioxidant agent and anti-ageing ingredient where it helps to boost the elastin in the skin and reduce tyrosinase activity which helps to brighten the skin.
Millet : Also known as Panicum Miliaceum, it contains Vitamin C & E which protect skin from damage. It also nourishes and hydrates skin, leaving skin glowing and hydrated.
Sorghum : Rich in vitamins B2 and C, Sorghum helps to promote and maintain healthy skin. It can increase the secretion of mucus, which has been proven to help rosacea sufferers and sufferers of other skin conditions such as dermatitis and eczema.
Job’s Tears : Also known as Coix Lacryma-Jobi or Semen Coicis Lachrymajobi, it aids in skin brightening and reducing dark spots by regulating the skin’s melanin production.
Black Soybean : Rich in antioxidants and Vitamins A, D & E to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and contains inflammatory properties to reduce redness and swelling.
Conclusion
To conclude, Wei Beauty Even Brighter Silky Cleansing Milk has a floral fragrance, foams lightly and left skin clean, soft and smooth but it won't be a repurchase as I didn't like the floral fragrance, the foaming action and the non-milky consistency.
