I purchased Neogence Algae Extract Hydrating Mask and Neogence Arbutin Brightening Mask during Sasa closing down sale last year. I have yet to try much of Neogence products except for an HA mask a decade ago which wasn't impressive then.

Packaging, Scent and Texture
Neogence Algae Extract Hydrating Mask comes in a box of 6 sheet masks, all individually packed. Each sheet mask is enveloped within a blue protective layer as you pull it out from its packaging. The size of the mask is large but the cutouts are small, however, it sill fits my cherubic face shape well. The tencel material is thin, making the adherence to skin, a breeze and there is not much of a scent.
How To Use :
1) Peel off the sachet, unfold the mask
2) Apply the mask tightly to the entire face.
3) Remove after 15-20 minutes. Pat the remaining essence into skin.
note : Not necessary to wash off after use.

The 100% Tencel Fiber is smooth and breathable which adheres perfectly on face and helps the essence to penetrate into the skin. After a 20 minute masking session, there was dewy glow, refined pores and smoother skin. Thankfully, the subtle taut sensation on the upper lips disappeared after a short while.

To conclude, Neogence Algae Extract Hydrating Mask is an affordable sheet mask for those looking for a dewy glow and smoother skin. However, it won't be a repurchase due to the subtle taut sensation.
