Review of Natio Ageless Hydrating Mask

Product Description
A luxurious weekly skin re-energiser, this Natio Ageless Hydrating Mask is suitable for all skin types and is formulated to promote a bright, healthy complexion while helping to fight the visible signs of ageing.

How To Use
Smooth a light layer onto clean skin. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse clean with warm water. Use weekly as a moisture mask or re-energising skin treatment.

Hailing from Australia, Natio combines the finest natural ingredients, including plant extracts and pure essential oils using the foundation of aromatherapy. The result is a pure and easy-going beauty offering for healthier, more radiant skin.

I am always in need of hydrating masks because of my dehydrated-combination skin so when I chanced upon Natio Ageless Hydrating Mask on sale, it was apt that I chose it.

Packaging, Scent and Texture

Natio Ageless Hydrating Mask comes in a white tube that has a clean and elegant vibe to it. The 100ml sized mask lasted me for about 3 months with once/twice usage a week.

Texture of Natio Ageless Hydrating Mask

The gel textured hydrating mask with a soothing scent glides well on skin and provide a light cool refreshing sensation. It sinks into my dehydrated skin pretty quickly within the recommended 10 minutes time frame and then its time to rinse it off.

Performance and Ingredients

When I first started using the mask, I was initially disappointed with its performance. My skin felt tight and parched on the first day of usage. For the 2nd time usage, the mask stings badly for the initial 2-3 minutes on dehydrated areas. I almost regretted my purchase but I persisted, since I am never one to waste products.

The performance of the mask started to get better by the 3rd time onwards and surprisingly, my skin looked slightly brighter and felt softer and smoother. However, it still stings for the initial 2-3 minutes on dehydrated and flaky areas, so this is something which I don't fancy.

This is a gentle hydrating mask so its more for maintenance, rather than as an emergency mask for parched skin.

In terms of ingredients, Natio Ageless Hydrating Mask contains certified organic rosehip oil and sesame oil, which together deliver energising vitamins and antioxidants directly to your skin. Added papaya and aloe vera soothe, refresh and moisturise skin to leave you looking revitalised and looking years younger.

Conclusion

This is a gentle hydrating mask so it may not work for everyone. If you just need one for maintenance, then it may work. However, if you have severely dehydrated skin, then this formula would be too mild for you. I won't repurchase this, due to the stinging effect on dehydrated skin.

Overall, this is a mediocre mask for softer and smoother skin. The brightening effects are subtle and its not apparent every time.
