I purchased Dear Klairs Fundamental Ampule Mist for a special price at 0.8liter late last year. I was on the fence about the product when I was tasked to review it on its application ( in return for the purchase at a cheaper price ) 5 days into the product. I usually prefer to review a product until I used it up as its only fair to give the product some time to weave its "magic" so now is the perfect time for me do a thorough review after depleting it.

Made in Korea, this is a new product from their fundamental range, said to contain a high concentration of effective ingredients that add healthiness on the skin while staying on the skin for a long time.

Packaging, Scent and Texture

Review of Dear Klairs Fundamental Ampule Mist

Dear Klairs Fundamental Ampule Mist comes in a plastic bottle with a "misty" appearance. The 125ml bottle lasted me for about 2 months, with twice daily usage.

Despite being a green tea water based mist, the green tea scent is hardly detectable. In fact I would pegged it as having no scent.

This works like a 2 in 1 toner serum mist so in terms of texture, do expect a slight greasiness like how a serum is. The mist dispenses pretty evenly however occasionally, I felt that it gets oily and stings the eyes.

Performance and Ingredients

An anti-oxidant-infused ampule in a bottle of mist for youthful skin, this is a great option for those pressed for time and looking for a 2 in 1 toner serum mist. While using this, I skipped both toner and serum and it has cut short my routine without any "repercussions" on skin.

When I added a serum to the routine, it has made my skin much greasy and I did not like it, so the short routine actually fits my skin type well. When I paired Dear Klairs Fundamental Ampule Mist with Peter Thomas Roth Hungarian Thermal Water Mineral Rich Moisturizer, I don't feel my skin is tight or flaky so it really works as what the claims said!

In terms of ingredients, the base is Jeju green Tea and coupled with Cucumber, Rice, Okra, Kelp extract, it helps to provide moisture and with the aid of Trehalose to lock in the moisture in the skin.
