Jumiso Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Serum Teture

Jumiso Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Serum is contained in a 30ml green glass bottle with a drop dispenser. Light green in colour, it has a hint of tackiness and slightly oily gel texture which I am not a fan of. It doesn't have any fragrance.

After using toner, in the essence stage, apply 3-4 drops and apply it all over the face to absorb

Performance and Ingredients

This soothing serum contains 41% centella asiatica extract and 31% aloe vera extract to calm irritation and redness, while delivering hydration to skin. Effectively repairs and protects sensitive skin with Hyaluronic Acid, while rejuvenating fatigued skin. Reinforces skin barrier's strength with Ceramide NP, preventing moisture loss.

I didn't like the oily texture upon first use, as it looked shiny on skin. It worked better on hydrated skin and I appreciate how it soothe irritation and itchiness caused by Vitamin C sensitivity.

To avoid the oily texture, my hack is to use 1 drop and press onto skin. When I used it on hydrated skin, my face felt soft, smooth and supple the following morning.

The key ingredients are...

Centella Asiatica Extract : Highly enriched Centella extracts effectively soothes and repairs weakened skin barrier.

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract: High concentration of Aloe alleviates irritation, eases breakouts and calms redness.

7 - Hyaluronic Acid Complex: Replenishes moisture, diminishes the appearance of pores, and softens skin for a more supple look.

17 - Amino acid complex: Further helps repair and strengthen weakened skin barrier.

Conclusion

To conclude, Jumiso Super Soothing Cica & Aloe Serum offers a light green, slightly tacky, and oily gel texture. While I wasn’t a fan of the initial shine it left on my skin, I truly appreciated its soothing properties—especially when calming irritation and itchiness from Vitamin C sensitivity.

Using on optimal skin condition (hydrated, well-balanced skin), I noticed soft, smooth, and supple skin by morning while its calming effects make it a useful addition for sensitive skin days.
