I am not new to OSEA products as I have purchased them from Pure Tincture as a customer before. I pretty much enjoyed using OSEA Ocean Cleansing Milk, OSEA Vitamin Sea Boost, OSEA Undaria Argan Oil and OSEA Advanced Protection Cream then, so I am excited to incorporate OSEA Ocean Eyes Age-Defying Eye Serum into my current routine.

Packaging, Scent and Texture
OSEA Ocean Eyes Age-Defying Eye Serum is a 16.5ml eye serum, in a rollerball version where you can easily dispense the lightweight serum via the cooling metal rollerball applicator. Clear in colour, the eye serum has a natural occurring scent and has a subtle tackiness after application.
And for some reason, the screw-on cap is skewed sideways though.
How To Use :
1) On clean, dry skin gently roll under eyes 2-3 times from the inner to outer corner.
2) Allow serum to absorb on its own.
3) If desired, use your ring finger to smooth serum until fully absorbed.
Tips : Use morning and night. Keep out of eyes.
Performance and Ingredients
Made in USA, OSEA Ocean Eyes Age-Defying Eye Serum is vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free. As a eye serum in a rollerball version where the applicator is usually made of metal, it is cooling and even more so, if you stash it in the fridge before use.
Rolling the eye serum vs tapping it in with finger pads, acts as a mini massage for the undereye area. The cooling metal applicator and the mini massage can help depuffing, boost circulation and flush out the build-up of excess fluid on the undereye area.
In hot and humid Singapore, applying the eye serum via the rollerball applicator feels cooling and refreshing. You can let it air-dry naturally or gently tap it for a faster absorption. I usually do the latter since I am always pressed for time.
It feels nice, moisturizes well without any greasiness, has a subtle de-puffiness and sits well under makeup but I wouldn't splurge on this.

To conclude, OSEA Ocean Eyes Age-Defying Eye Serum feels nice, moisturizes well without any greasiness, has a subtle de-puffiness and sits well under makeup but I wouldn't splurge on this.
