I won a Dermaline Bio Antiaging PDRN Cream and a PDRN Eye Cream in a giveaway hosted by @bestheticsg on Instagram last year. Prior to this, I have never heard of the brand and is glad that I have a chance to try them out for the last couple of months.
Made in Korea, Dermaline is a cosmetics brand that combines beauty and technology. It uses natural-originated plant ingredients and minimizes the use of chemical materials.
Representing the BIO ANTIAGING PDRN LINE line in the anti-aging skin care segment, Dermaline uses Polynucleotides (PDRN) which are said to restore the structure of the skin from the inside, increasing the production of collagen and combating the causes of aging.
Possessing an immunomodulatory effect, PDRN polynucleotides stimulate regeneration and repair processes, enhance the synthesis of elastin, collagen and non-collagen molecules. Promotes optimal hydration as well as protection against UVA and UVB which leads to a general improvement in skin condition, visible rejuvenation and lifting effect. Packaging, Scent and Texture
Dermaline Bio Antiaging PDRN Cream comes in a 100g tub and has a lovely floral scent. It has a smooth creamy texture that is emollient yet slightly rich and heavy for day use. There is a slight cooling sensation during application.
Performance and Ingredients
When I won the product, Bestheticsg, the distributor for Dermaline products, was very thoughtful to have checked out my skin type on my instagram profile and suggested me to use it at night or to pass it to my mother. However, my mother prefer her old favourites so I use it instead.

Dermaline Bio Antiaging PDRN Cream is recommended for night use or those with dry/mature skin. My skin type is combination skin with surface dehydration but I am happy to report that I have not experience any breakouts, from using the cream nightly.
The cream is rich and heavy where my T-zone turned shiny and greasy within 2 hours of usage, however, the best way for me is to mist the skin, apply sparingly and just go to bed. I like the emollient texture with a slight soothing, cooling sensation.
It glides on skin and sinks in within a couple of minutes. I also brought it along for my recent Bangkok trip since I slept in an air-conditioned hotel and I needed all the hydration that I can get. Zero flakiness!
Since incorporating Dermaline Bio Antiaging PDRN Cream into my night routine, I noticed that my skin is more hydrated, smoother and has less redness. It also serve as a spot treatment for flakiness on days when my nostrils peel because of a sensitive nose.
In terms of ingredients, the PDRN Cream contains
PDRN 4300ppm : stimulates the synthesis of essential proteins, protects the skin from the negative effects of environmental factors, restores damaged DNA, skin trophism, directly affects fibroblasts, which begin to actively synthesize their own hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin.
Panthenol : promotes deep moisturization, reduces inflammation, has own regenerative properties, preserves elasticity of the skin.
Adenosin : active influence on collagen production, contributes to elastin production in epidermis cells, reduces the amount of wrinkles, reduces their depth.
Hydrolyzed Collagen : rendering rejuvenation and moisturizing action, accelerating regeneration, returns elasticity to the skin, smoothing it out.
Collagen : creates protective layer on skin, keeping it deeply moisturized for a long time.
Sodium Hyaluronate : natural moisturizing factor (MF), also called HYALURONIC ACID. Keeps your skin well moisturized throughout the day.
Niacinamide, Copper Tripeptide -1 : even out skin tone and significantly reduce the severity of pigmentation.
