This 30ml BB cream is part of the 2012 Christmas Coffret which I have been using this year. A little goes a long way and I am still using it after almost a year. Its best to use it up within the recommended 12 months.
There are only 2 colour choices and I picked mine in 01 which has a slight greyish hue to it but thankfully it disappears into my skin without any obvious difference.
Packaged in a white portable tube, it has a small nozzle that dispenses the BB cream conveniently without losing the shape of its tube. You can just throw it into the bag without any worries of spillage as the cap is secure tightly.
The product has a heavy fragrance, typical of Lancôme products. The light texture goes on soft and smooth onto the skin and feels slightly emollient. It blends well and offers light-medium coverage, giving a fresh and healthy glow with an even-tone finish. The oil control is moderately well and my combination skin still oils up by mid-afternoon which is pretty normal.
I appreciate the bonus of having SPF50 even though the daily application of a tinted product on the skin is probably less than SPF 50 as such, I would still apply a layer of sunscreen protection prior to the BB cream application.
For a SPF50 protection, you will be surprised that the texture of this BB cream is actually pretty lightweight in texture. In terms of its active pore-refining and anti-spot complex efficacy, I can only say that I did not experience any breakouts from using this product and pimples were few, except for the occasional bout.
Currently, I am pairing it up with Make-Up Forever High Definition Powder for work.
In terms of ingredients, it uses Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate and Titanium Dioxide as sunscreen protection where EM is chemical based and TD is a physical sunscreen. It helps to protect against UVA and UVB rays.
It also contains some undesirable ingredients known by the "Dirty Dozen" like Trethanolamine, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylparaben and Fragrance.
