Neogen V.Biome Advanced Eye Cream is an intensive elasticity concentrated vitamin eye cream with 10 kinds of peptides and 5 patented ingredients that increases firmness. Packaging, Scent and Texture
Neogen V.Biome Advanced Eye Cream is a 35ml plastic tube with a tip that dispenses out white cream contents for the eyes. It has a velvety smooth texture with a subtle cooling sensation and a light floral fragrance.
How To Use :
1. After toner apply a pea sized amount for both eyes and evenly spread over the eye area.
2. To allow full absorption lightly tap over the spread area.
3. After toner apply an appropriate amount and spread evenly over the skin.

Cruelty-free and vegan, this nourishing eye cream is formulated without parabens, sulfates, artificial colors and fragrances, animal products, alcohol, mineral oils, and silicone. Uses eco-friendly packaging with FSC certified paper printed in soy ink.
It is said to give the eye area a youthful-looking appearance thanks to a formulation containing 10% V.Biome Liposome™ and 10 types of peptides to improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It also includes 5% Niacinamide and Panthenol to brighten dull skin.
Neogen's exclusive and unique Encapsulation Technology combines the active ingredients of premium Vitamin C, Blue Mallow Flower Extract and Probiotics into a nano-sized capsule able to penetrate deeply and quickly into skin for better and quicker absorption.
Neogen V.Biome Advanced Eye Cream has a smooth lightweight consistency which glides and applies well, however, it has a slight tackiness that takes awhile for it to be absorbed into skin. At 35ml, it is larger than most eye creams which are usually at 15ml or 30ml at times so it should last for about a year for me.
After using it twice daily for 7 weeks, my undereye area was smooth and hydrated, with a subtle firming effect, however, I haven't notice any brightening effect or improvement to the existing fine lines. Considering the number of peptides in it, I hope to see more difference in time to come.
Adding on, the long list of ingredients can be a deterrent for those with sensitive eyes as the likelihood of sensitivity/allergies can be high.

Conclusion
To conclude, Neogen V.Biome Advanced Eye Cream has a smooth consistency that absorbed well to hydrate the undereye area with a subtle firming effect although I have yet to experience any brightening or improvement to the fine lines. I hope to see more difference in time to come.
Do note that it has a very long list of ingredients which may not be a hit for those with sensitive eyes.
