There was a 25% off for Grown Alchemist products and since I love their cleansers, I ordered them online, which was a first for me. I previously purchased them directly in Melbourne. When I received my products, I was surprised that the 2 cleansers came in 2 different sized boxes and upon checking the batch codes, they were also vastly different so I wrote in and was informed that both cleansers can last for 4 years unopened but did not clarify the different sized boxes.
I opened up the cleanser boxes and noticed there were dust on the products which I didn't like it at all. The least a brand could do, is to wipe the dust off, before packing the products into their individual boxes. If the products have been in their individual boxes from the beginning, there wouldn't be so much dust on them. My assumption is that, when there were orders, they grabbed those on the shelves and just put them into their boxes before shipping. Note that there was no dust on the other 2 products.
