This review comes pretty late, isn't it? I have been procastinating about using them because I wasn't sure if they were fakes. The perils of buying too many masks of the same brand. After checking some sites, I decided mine should be the genuine version ( no dripping wet messiness, no heavy fragrance, no wide shape, with serial marking on each packaging ) and so I used both sheets I owned.
My pearl powder sheet masks were fake and I threw the whole box away. I bought them via a colleague's friend's blogshop. She told me her friend knows the distributor. Sigh.
At first, I felt funny about the name. Red vine. I wondered if it refers to red wine. And whether mine was a fake. Lol. No choice, there are just too many fakes around. I have to be careful what I put on my face.
It smells of red wine, of course but I did not quite like the strong scent of red wine though. This is the old packaging, so the texture of the sheet is slightly thicker than the newer version.
After 2 treatments, I do feel that this mask's performance is pretty medicore. I can find better performing ones in other flavours.
No radiance, glow, elasticity and firmness. Slightly hydrated skin immediately after treatment but it failed to last till the next morning. However, the mask did score 3.4 from 8 reviewers on Makeupalley
