Mercury Integrated reached out for a Kiehl's collaboration and I received the products in this red box, delivered just like that, 3 weeks after our last communication. There was a peel-off mark and some oil stains on the box which wasn't a pleasant sight, and made me wonder if it was tampered with. Adding on, they were supposed to send 2 more products but they never arrive.
I feedback to Megan but never receive any reply, but in the meantime, I still receive her invitations to Kiehl's events. I am not going to make a fuss of it but it definitely left a bad taste.
