Packaging, Scent and Texture
I owned the Dr Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence in a 18ml size which is of a milky texture with a subtle scent.
How To Use :
1) After cleansing, shake well and apply an even layer to the face. Multiple layers optional.
2) Pat gently for full absorption.
TIP: For oily skin, use a single layer. For combination skin, layer on twice. For dry skin, use 3 or more layers for that supple glow.

This is a bi-phase formula with a white foamy colour on the top and a tea-like colour on the lower part ( as shown on the picture above ) - shake the contents before use and ta-da, it feels and looks like a bubble milk tea thereafter.
I love milky toners and fermented ingredients, so even though this isn't a toner, Dr Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence fits the bill.

I tried using a toner before this, and a serum after this but they were heavy for my skin type so the sweet spot for me, is to either use a lightweight mist toner like Mamonde Rose Water Toner or skip the toner and jump straight to my moisturiser. No serums needed in the routine at all.
Dr Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence is hydrating and moisturising and makes skin plumped and smooth with a dewy finish. Since I started using this, I noticed that the oil-water ratio on my combination skin is more balanced and by mid-day, I don't see a need to blot away the T-zone oil like what I usually need.

Conclusion
To conclude, Dr Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence is a lovely essence that can double up as a toner and serum for me. A short routine with this tea essence is recommended for my skin type in humid weather.
Loves how it hydrates and moisturises my skin, leaving it plumped, hydrated and dewy where the oil-water ratio on my combination skin is balanced.
