I received 2 complimentary tube samples in my last Dermalogica purchase. I had requested for a cleanser sample but received this moisturiser instead as there is no sample available for the cleanser.
I cannot ascertain if its the same formula as the one featured on their page because there is an additional name on the product image though the selling product is still known as Soothing Sensitive Skin Cream.

This is my very first experience in using their product. I have used up 1 tube within 1.5 weeks and I did not like it enough to continue with the second tube. If anyone is interested in trying out this brand, let me know. I would be glad to send it to you, free of charge. Everyone's skin behaves differently so what works for me may not work for you and vice versa.
It has a white creamy smooth texture and is purported to soothe sensitive skin. I dislike the fact that its not easy to spread and feels dry on the skin. There is no moisturising ability and it did nothing to soothe the occasional redness on my skin.
Unfortunately, I do not feel a difference with or without the cream.
