Panda's Dream Eye Patch is an eye sheet mask that brightens and gives vitality to dull and dry skin around the eyes. I purchased 10 sheets of Tony Moly Panda's Dream Eye Patch when I was in Korea. They came individually packed without any boxes. The under eye patch is designed to vitalize the skin around eyes that appear dark and dull due to various elements.
Made in Korea and 5 free (Paraben, mineral oil, benzophenone, GMO, triethanolamine free), they come in 2 large round patches separated by a netted mesh covering. Designed to look like pandas, Tony Moly Panda's Dream Eye Patch are black in colour and large in size with eye flaps in the center that can be folded up or down. Soft and comfortable, they make a good relaxing treat for the eyes.
These freshly scented patches use bamboo shoot extract and vitamin B to help brighten, moisturize and reduce fine lines and redness around the eyes. It also contains niacinamide that is a whitening effect ingredient to restore the vitality to the tired eye rim.
This is a perfect additive to any morning routine for a quick fix or a relaxing treat in the night before bed time.
Unfortunately, the performances were rather inconsistent. Sometimes, I felt that they do plump up the undereye area, making the fine lines less obvious but on other nights, there were no differences.
Overall, they are cute, fun, refreshing and soothe tired eyes with the occasional effectiveness of plumping up the undereye area.
