Mark Hill MiracOILicious Moroccan Argan Oil is an exotic blend of 14 of the finest essential oils and plant extracts including Moroccan Argan Oil, Ylang-Ylang, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Sage, Sandalwood, Spearmint, Castor Seed, Palmarosa, Orange, Patchouli Clove, Artemisia Pallens Flower and White Birch.
This ultra-nourishing formula can be used as a conditioning, styling or finishing tool, simply by running a drop through your palms and work through dry or damaged areas of your hair, leaving the hair smooth, strong and shiny. It is recommended to be used on damp hair to condition or dry hair to smooth. Alternatively, you can also add a drop to any other products in the MiracOILicious range.
I purchased the Mark Hill MiracOILicious Moroccan Argan Oil from Bangkok some time back, from the Boots Pharmacy. Its 450 baht at 1 for 1. Made in the Netherlands, the 50ml bottle is sturdy, handy and convenient for travels.
Yellow in colour, it has a distinct scent of various oils but does not linger on hair for long. The oily texture is pretty lightweight, applies easily and is not sticky or yucky.
I noticed there is a difference to hair, depending how you apply it.
1) Rubbing the oil ( 3 drops ) between my palms and run through the hair ends when my hair is damp - gives well-conditioned hair ends which looks less dry. But the middle are of the hair is still frizzy and looks dry.
2) Rubbing the oil between my palms and run through the hair in 3 sections on dry hair. 3 drops for the hair ends. 3 drops for the middle area of the hair. Final 3 drops from top to bottom, without touching the scalp. My hair is so much softer, shiny, less dry, smoother, sleeker and very little frizz. However, by the end of the day, hair feels slightly oily, especially on my fringe.
A little goes a long way and Mark Hill MiracOILicious Moroccan Argan Oil can certainly lasts for a long while. Personally, I think the effect of the hair oil is more pronounced on dry hair, instead of damp hair. However, the effects only last as long as till the next wash.
