Product Description
Helps correct dark spots at once to brighten the overall tone, for perfectly radiant skin.
MicroTarget Technology intensively targets each spot, suppressing melanin production and accelerating turnover of the skin surface cells holding excess melanin.
Benefits :
・Features SAKURAResist Technology, which suppresses melanin production signals induced by UV rays.
・Formulated with Super Hydro-Synergy Complex which supplies moisture and improves skin texture.
While it is always recommended to use the entire line for efficacy, the star product in the White Lucent range is this Shiseido White Lucent MicroTargeting Spot Corrector ( Serum ) where it is said to optimise the skin's turnover rate without damaging normal skin. It helps to lighten existing spots, even skin tone and boost radiance.
The 5ml trial size lasts for about 2 weeks as only a tiny amount is required for the spots on my cheeks, based on a once or twice a day usage. I was sooo looking forward to a transformation of my dark spots, coming from this star product that I kept checking my skin for any improvement.
Slightly sticky but watery in nature, Shiseido White Lucent MicroTargeting Spot Corrector ( Serum ) with its signature shiseido scent and a whiff of alcohol, glides well but left a sticky finishing on skin which doesn't seem to get absorbed on its own. Ultimately, the day cream, emulsion or night cream goes on thereafter. so you probably won't feel the stickiness but a slight sheen can be seen though, which made the skin look slightly greasy.
I also didn't quite fancy having alcohol as its 2nd ingredient in the list though. Shiseido White Lucent MicroTargeting Spot Corrector ( Serum ) is meant to be used after Shiseido White Lucent Luminizing Infuser ( Essence Lotion ). Thereafter, you can pair it up with your own day cream, as their emulsion and night cream in the same range are meant for the evening usage.
After 2 weeks usage, the dark spots on both cheeks do seem slightly less obvious but not astounding. I would expect better results with the full retail size. Rejoice for those who are looking for results. Its best to use the full range to get better efficacy.
