(1) Shipping fee deducted from my refund, after I was charged twice and requested for a refund. There was no proper explanation until I asked about the $6 charge and then was told that its for shipping, that it is not applicable for promotional item. Then why does their system reflect as free shipping when I first made the purchase? That was never explained fully to me.
(2) Stating that 2 samples worth $10 each were provided with my order but I only received 1.
"We definitely will make a point to send u more samples next round to make up for this, apologies for the concerns caused. Otherwise, we can also send you one sample via normal mail if you like. (Usually, we give one sample for $100 purchase. ) "
