A long time back, I have bought Lancome moisturiser in the Vinefit range which I think have since been replaced by "better" products. It was pretty expensive for me to afford them during my school days then.
This is a 5ml sample which I received during a Lancome make-up session late last year.
It was not a pleasant experience initially as I developed a zit on the chin and near my hairline on the left side the next day after using this moisturiser. I continued using it only after those zits have subsided which took more than a week.
The name "cream" gave an impression of a heavy and dense cream but the actual texture is never like that. The yellow milky white cream is almost gel-like and is surprisingly light-weight when applied on the face. The name itself is doing it injustice.
The scent itself reminds me vaguely of a sunscreen. Haha. Nothing too heavy or "dislike-able"..
Hydrating ability is pretty poor, considering that the product name touted it as a hydrating cream.
My skin near the nostrils were flaking after using it on a daily basis as a day cream. I would not say that its too drying but rather, due to my daily work in an air-conditioned office, this cream failed to keep my skin in its optimal and hydrated condition.
I have yet to see any overall brightening effect on my skin tone too, despite using it for the past 2 weeks.
Perhaps the 5ml size is too small for it to make a marked difference.

I dont know if it's just me, but it looks and feels very greasy. And I dont see any whitening effects at all
