As age creeps up, I have been incorporating firming or hydrating body lotion into my body care routine which I used to neglect when I was young. Source Naturals Skin Eternal DMAE Firming Body Lotion goes into my shopping cart after I read about its positive reviews on Iherb.
I usually prefer to use it in the night or after exercise, all in the comfort in my bathroom after a refreshing bath. It is always recommended to use moisturiser on damp skin so that it will absorb well into the skin.
With a subtle green tea scent, this firming body lotion feels like a regular body lotion with a lotion texture that is lightweight and runny. I thought it absorbs well but I was mistaken. In the following morning, I can feel a layer of film on wet skin during my bath. It is as though the lotion forms a coat on the upper layer of my skin that only cleanses off during my next bath. This happens when I applied too much at times.
Despite using it consistently for 3 months, I fail to see an improvement on my skin texture and it is highly unlikely that I will re-purchase the item.
