I bought Bliss The Love Handler at a steal, from Strawberrynet. The last time I used Bliss products, was many years ago, on their famed Oxygen mask - which wasn't that impressive. Bliss The Love Handler seems like the perfect product for many of us, who are forever struggling with getting rid of the love handlers - the excess "float" around your waist.

The robust white bottle dispenses the blue gel via a small hole. Some hard shaking of the bottle is
required to get the contents out, probably due to the small gap as well as the clumpy texture of the blue gel.
It is recommended to use it twice a day for 20~30 seconds, massage a silver dollar sized amount all the way around your spare tire, including your back.
The gel is cooling on first contact to skin, but once massaged onto the waist area, there is a cold
sensation which kicks in after a minute. On cold nights, I dislike using it but on warm nights, it is much welcomed. It is recommended to massage for a few seconds during application, which I did. Exercises were light and moderate as I am still nursing a sprained ankle.
However, sad to say, throughout the 3 months usage, there were no promising results. That said, there have been mixed results from different people, so try it, with a good sensible diet and exercise and probably you may see better results than me.
