Review on The Body Shop Vitamin E Cream Exfoliator

Suitable for all skin types, this product contains organic soya oil which is rich is essential fatty acids to repair the skin and has healing vitamin E properties.

Best if you want to: Soften, freshen and refine your skin by gently exfoliating with a creamy, non–irritating, vitamin E facial scrub.

How it works:

• Vitamin E and wheat germ oil, containing additional vitamin E, work together to moisturize and condition skin, while protecting against premature aging and environmental aggressors by neutralizing free radicals.
• Jojoba micro–beads provide gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores without irritating skin.
• Organic Community Trade soy oil and Community Trade shea butter hydrate, nourish and repair skin’s moisture barrier to restore smoothness and suppleness.

With pink creamy texture containing jojoba beads to help lift away dull skin, dirt and grime, it gives me the impression that its not that harsh on the face. Because its so creamy, I do not feel that I am using actually a scrub, it feels like a cleanser with beads.

I am using this on an on-off basis because compared to most scrubs that I have, this scrub impresses me the least. I bought this because of its Vitamin E ingredient which is famous for its antioxidant properties.

However, I hardly see any improvement in my skin tone.

Using creamy texture products usually leave me with an unclean feeling even after rinsing with water so I do not really like such creamy products.

My skin does feel slightly smoother but compared with other scrubs, this is still a long way off.
