I was prescribed this AI cream as part of my treatment for my eczema 2 years ago, after a trip back from Phuket. Its was my first but not the last time to contract eczema. Needless to say, I was pretty upset to find my skin becoming red, raw, itchy and scaly. At that point, I did not know that was ecezma but its just so itchy that I have to scratch, leaving it even worse.

Back to Singapore, I visited John Chiam clinic at Ghim Moh Road after a recommendation from a colleague who has eczema most of his life. Note that the address reflected is incorrect on the web as Dr Chiam have moved to Blk 21.
Frankly speaking, my first impression of him was not that good as he asked alot of questions, sometimes personal and his tone is abit cheeky. I guess he was trying to be friendly or made me feel at ease but it has the opposite effect on me.
He told me that it could be a combination of the sea, sun and water which caused my eczema, and was then prescribed 5 products to follow thru. Within a week, I see an improvement and I was so happy and glad.
Previously, I had visited a GP near my home but the lotion does not work on my skin and in fact made it worse, hence I was really happy that the 5 prescribed products truly work.

Its only much later that I realized that this AI cream can be found in most pharmacies at a cheaper price but of course its good to be diagnosed by a dermatologist for th first time as there are many different types of eczema out there.
White in colour, there is a very slight scent, largely attributed by its ingredients as its not one of those sweet smelling scent found in most moisturisers on the market.
It leaves a layer of moisturising veil on the skin, once applied. Abit greasy, for my standards, I would say. Hence I only applied the cream on my body, where it occurs and not on my face.
I usually applied this on my hands ( from wrist to elbows ) where it tends to get itchy, red and raw when I am under the hot sun for several hours.

It soothes the red, raw and scaly skin and the itchiness subsides. I can see the improvement within a day.
So for my ecezma, this is my product for the body. No doubts about it.
And of course, other than healing the skin, it boasts of other benefits, like protecting against free radicals.
