Review : Simply Organics Rose Geranium Moisturizing Body Wash

Product Description
Be rejuvenated. Feel refreshed while leaving your skin moisturized. No waxy feel, just soft supple skin.
Its pH-balanced, Biodegradable, Cruelty-free, No Harsh Detergent, No Animal by-product, No Artificial colouring, No SLS and No Artificial fragrances.

While waiting for friends at Ghim Moh to celebrate a friend's birthday, I chanced upon an organic shop and bought this body wash at just $9.90 for 250ml. The website is selling at $12.90 though.
A lovely pink bottle with rose geranium made it very attractive for me to pick it up.The scent is, as you guessed it, rose-flavoured. I started off liking the scent very much but after several months, I am starting to find the scent overwhelming. The contents are very watery which some people may not be used to, however I am fine with it, after being used to 100% Pure products.

Its touted as moisturising which I do agreed wholeheartedly. While it doesn't leave any moisturising film on the upper layer of the skin, my skin does feel pampered and not dry at all. I do not feel that there is any need for any body lotion. That is what I like it most because I absolutely hate any extra "film" on the skin just to keep it moisturised.

Ingredients :
Certified Organic Rose Geranium Floral water, Certified Organic Lemon Verbena Floral Water, Botanical Infusion(French Rose, Pansy, Yucca, Horsetail), Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Certified Organic Aloe Vera, Vegetable Glycerin, Certified Organic Virgin Coconut oil, Cocamide MEA, PEG-150 Distearate, Certified Organic Rose Geranium Essential Oil, Isoceteth 20, Citric Acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract.

STEP 1: Use a sea salt spray like L'Oreal Playball Beach Fizz to give hair some texture after blowdrying.

STEP 2: Gather hair into a high ponytail and tie with a tight elastic band.

STEP 3: Backcomb hair so the bun gets that messy look.

STEP 4: Pin sections of the ponytail at the sides of the elastic.

Review : Neutrogena Hydro Boost Mask

Product Description
Neutrogena Hydro-Boost Mask, with new SMART-FIT fabric containing 14,000 Micro-holes, holds 25% MORE Hydro-Boost essence, instantly boots skin moisture level 14 times, leaving skin feeling smooth and supple with a vibrant glow.

Watsons is currently selling it at $1.95 per piece and its definitely time to stock up!
I tried the predecessor before ( Deep Hydrating Mask) and it was an absolute a hot favourite among those who have used it. It used to be my favourite then, but as age crept up, I needed something stronger.

This new Hydro Boost Mask is a more comfortable fit on my face. It does deliver  a slightly higher hydration level than the predecessor. The material of the sheet is also thicker and more superior, an even more compelling reason to get it at just a mere $1.95 per sheet.

Skin feels softer and hydrated. And my skin doesn't feel sticky at all, as the essence gets all absorbed into the skin. So what are you waiting for? At just $1.95, its a steal!

Review : Somang Coenzyme Q10 Dual Perfection Sheet Mask

Actually I cannot remembered when I bought this facial mask but the packaging does look classy and more to premium range when I first saw it. Since it contains Q10, which is an antioxidant itself, to protect against free radicals, I bought 3 sheets to try it.

Its light yellow in colour, soaked in the yellow essence. When I first removed the sheet from the packaging, it left the yellowish essence on my hands, hence I reminded myself to remember to wash it off my face, after the treatment.
Athough its recommended for 15mins to 20mins duration, I had it layered on my face for 45minutes to soak in all the essence and removed it just before it dries up.

I do found my skin softer and firmer, which lasted well to the next day. There is a slight hydration factor, which is a bonus, but not meant for severely dehydrated skin.

Review : Christian Dior Magique Cleansing Water

CHRISTIAN DIOR by Christian Dior Magique Cleansing Water For Face & Eyes--/6.7OZ

Product Description
Pure, light and transparent water for a delightfully refreshing sensation for face and eyes. Soft, fresh water with radiance-boosting white tea as a fast makeup removal beauty routine for impeccable clean, velvety skin

I bought this cleansing water from Strawberrynet several months ago when it was having a special discount. It has since been replaced by an almost similar product but with lily extracts in Dior counters.
There was no explanation on the usage on the bottle itself and I just assumed that its meant to be used on cotton pads and swipe over the face. A search on the net proved otherwise, its actually to be lathered with the hands and wash over the face like how a cleanser works.
However, I dislike using cleansing water directly with the hands since it does not produce much foam. I found cotton pads to be much suitable for cleansing water. It just works better for me.

There is a heavy fragrance associated with this product which may not be welcomed for some people. It cleanse well for light make-up and since it can also be used for the eyes, its a good multi-tasking product for busy professionals. Other than this point, I am not sure if I should be happy that it can also be used for the eye area. Does that meant, that its gentle enough for the delicate eyes area?
If someone can decipher the ingredients for me, that would be such a delight. But for now, I am using it to cleanse off my make-up for both the face and eyes on a daily basis as I do not really use heavy eye make-up. A strong mascara from Majolica cannot be used for the cleansing water though.
It does not garner good feedback from Total Beauty but you can check out some mixed reviews from Sephora.

Review : Biotherm Line Peel Nuit Crystalescent

Biotherm Line Peel Crystalescent Night Renewing Care 1.69fl.oz./50ml

Product Description
Biotherm Line Peel Nuit CRYSTALESCENT Night Renewing Care is enriched with gingko biboba, an activator of the skin micro-circulation. The night cream also provides the benefits of brightening skin tone, boosting skin’s natural self-peeling system and stimulating the formation of new skin cells by the new technology of CRYSTALESCENT.

Touted as a night renewing care cream to give newborn skin, it has 3 complementary actions in an an anti corneo-damage formula to gently polish skin surface, recondition the skin and reveal each morning to a fresh crystalline complexion.

It was first launched in Singapore in 2008, and this cream is the newer 2009 formula, retailing at $110 but it has since been pulled out and replaced by Skin Vivo range. I was not that attracted to this range before as I always thought its for the mature skin. Different Biotherm consultants told me different stories. Some consultants would tell me that its recommended for mature skin while some says it can be used from age 25 onwards.
The word "peel" never appeal to me because it always reminded me of AHA peels which are not suitable for sensitive skin like mine, and may in fact, increase the sensitivity of the skin, leaving the skin raw and vulnerable. However, I have been reassured many times by the different consultants that its actually a very gentle peel, suitable for daily use.

During one of my purchase, I received this night care cream in a 5ml tube form. which I have been using on an on-off basis. I quite like the sweet lilac colour which is the signature colour for the Line Peel range.
It has a hint of floral fragrance which I found to be quite soothing but may be considered as heavily-perfurmed to some people.
However, this product does not suit my skin at all, which is why I have been using it on an on-off basis at night. I only use it when my skin is at its best or optimal state, meaning no flakiness or dehydration.
Reason being, its not hydrating enough and cause flakiness on my skin at times.
Its also sticky and does not absorb well into the skin.

Instead of waking up to newborn skin in the morning, sometimes I woke up with red sensitive skin. Fyi, I do not use anything before this cream, just a toner. I do not like to layer too much products on my skin at night, or anything "heavy" before a cream-based product as I do felt that cream itself is "heavy" enough for my skin.

Review : Etude House Hand Bouquet Rich Butter Hand Mask

Product Description
Hand Bouquet comes with hand mask solution and gloves to potently moisturize dry hands with shea butter and olive extracts.

I got this when I was in Korea because it just look soooo interesting. I had actually reviewed Missha Hand Mask before, without any fantastic results, hence I was not hoping for any spectacular results this time round, though I do have a tiny hope that it can moisturize my dry hands.

It comes with Step 1 & Step 2. Step 1 sachet contains the slip-in hand essence mask while Step 2 contains the transparent plastic hand gloves.
I also attached a picture of the step 2 massage tips for the hands, very handy and useful to have it around.

The fragrance is much like Shea Butter, very nice. The slip-in hand essence mask is moist and sticky. It can be a hassle to slip into the hands as its quite buttery and slippery. I thought I would not need another person's help as I decided to slip in Step 1 sachet, followed by Step 2 sachet on 1 hand first, but in the end, I still need my hubby's help with the other hand, as its too slippery for me to slip in my hands into the essence mask .

Its recommended to use it for 20minutes but I still had it for 30minutes to reap full benefits, if any. There was some leftover essence on my hands which I tried to massage into my hands. However, it made my hands sticky, so I decided to wash it off.
I am quite disappointed with this hand mask as I found no improvement at all to my dry hands. Its not moisturised even after 30minutes.

Actpoint - International Building

Salon : Actpoint @ Orchard
Location : International Building #01-08
Tel : 67342898
Senior Stylist : Sophie Goh

Sophie was highly recommended by 2 good friends of mine and hence I decided to visit her for a haircut on a Saturday afternoon. At 230pm, I was surprised that the salon was pretty empty, except for 2 female customers. Sophie was the only stylist working that day as the male stylist was sick and just left. There were only 2 stylists available in this outlet.
I reached on the dot, and a slightly plump lady with a small heart-shaped face and short blonde hair who was manning the counter served me a cup of tea immediately, without asking what I want.
She does not introduce herself or inform me how long I have to wait before Sophie would be ready. I can see that Sophie was busy with another female customer though at first, I was not sure if she was Sophie.

On first glance, the blonde lady appeared aloof but she's actually quite friendly and would advise me on some hair treatment tips once we started to chat.
She started washing my hair and tried to detangle my badly tangled hair ends with lots of conditioner. I apologize for the inconvenience caused but she told me she just feel sad for the hair. LOL.
I was glad that Sophie was soon ready to serve me and I was happy that the whole haircut took me an hour which is really hard to beat in other salons, because each stylist is usually busy with 2 other customers.

She was pretty humble about it when I told her 2 friends of mine highly recommended her. She just replied that everyone have different perspectives, what suits my friends may not suit me. She doesn't quite give me lots of recommendations for my face shape, unless I asked. She just asked what I want and proceed to layered and trimmed my hair.
However, the salon does give a cosy vibe and one does not feel stressed or overwhelmed though I have to say that they give unnerving stares when I first stepped in. I was wondering what they were thinking of.
And the great thing is, she never say that my hair ends are dry or even recommend any products to me. No pushy tactics at all. Great!

I paid $35 for my haircut which was a reasonable rate in Orchard. A simple haircut by Sophie. She has an odd way of layering my hair though. She grabbed some hair, twist it and do a quick choppy cut down, resulted in some short hairs standing up, like a fountain. I wondered why she did that.
She also give me some vouchers to be used for my next visit. Who know, I may visit her for my hair perm next year. Its quite affordable at $150.

Review : Juice Beauty Organic Citrus and Aloe Shampoo and Conditioner

Juice Beauty is known for its antioxidant 100% organic juice base and for being without parabens, propylene or butylene glycols, petroleum, sulphates, PEGs, TEA, DEA, phthalates, GMO, silicones, pesticides, artifical dyes or fragrance

This 2 products came from the travet kit I bought from drugstore.com for US$16 and I have brought both along for my Japan trip. I love travel kits for its portability and its friendly sizes for me to try out their efficacy.
And the verdict for these 2 products is that I simply love it.

The texture of the shampoo is dark yellow in colour and poured out easily from the small hole in the travel sized bottle, however I cannot say the same for the conditioner. Its actually quite difficult to get the conditioner contents out of its bottle. Mainly because the conditioner texture is thicker.

Both smell refreshing and is soothing to the senses. A pampering treat for both the body and the nose. However, I have yet to see the shiny effect as proclaimed. Its supposed to give shiny and vibrancy to the hair which I did not see it, despite using it for the last 2 weeks. The contents are almost to the end and I do get soft and bouncy hair but not its shine.

Main Benefits :

Hairstyle picks from Miss Magazine

Some of he Japanese magazines that I picked up do have lovely hairstyle tips which we can learnt from. Japanese ladies do really take care of their appearance from top to toe. On an early saturday morning, I can see throngs of ladies at the salon waiting to have their hair styled when I was in Tokyo.
I hardly think that an average Singaporean will do that, unless its for a special occasion.
The tai-tais may do that, but for the average Singaporean lady, catching up sleep on a weekend, bringing their children to enrichment classes, going for a jog at the beach, working 1/2 day in the office may seem more important than spending 2 hours at a salon.
If only we can be like them, Work Hard and Play Hard

Review : Dermalogica Pure Light SPF 30

Product Description
This medium-weight daytime moisturizer conditions and brightens while chemical-free sunscreens help defend against pigment-inducing UV light. Peptides, Vitamin C and botanical extracts help treat and prevent cellular discoloration while Hyaluronic Acid hydrates, helping to minimize fine lines. Contains no artificial fragrance or color.

Active Ingredients: Titanium Dioxide (6.20%), Zinc Oxide (8.50%).

I received 3 sachets of this moisturiser as part of my Dermalogica product purchase. I have been using it on an on-off basis because on certain days, its just not suitable for my skin.

Initially when I first used it, it reminded me strongly of a sunscreen. I thought I may have mistaken its usage and read up on the product online to reassure myself that its indeed a moisturiser. The scent and texture is grainy and dry, typical of what a sunscreen is supposed to be. It does not behave like what a moisturiser should be, hydrating the skin.

However, it seemed like there are 2 bases to the contents as the 2nd sachet was pretty alright when applied on the skin. The texture is smoother and with some fluidity though it still have some grainy beads.

I supposed it meant that I may need to shake and mixed the contents which I am unable to do so, with a sachet, but could only try to squeeze and squeeze all the contents from the sachet onto my palms.

It was a whole lot easier when I was using the 2nd sachet, though it still feels dry with a nitty-gritty feel due to the beads, but at least I no longer feel that I am using a sunscreen, but rather a moisturiser with an SPF protection. It still does not hydrate the skin which is a huge downside to this product so I tend to use it only when my skin is in its optimal state. ( read : no breakouts, not dehydrated ).
Not much scent and not greasy. Just a regular moisturiser without the hydration. Not something I would buy.

Inactive Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Butylene Glycol, Dicaprylyl Ether, Cyclomethicone, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Dimethicone Crosspolymer-3, Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, Triethoxysilyethyl Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Hexyl Dimethicone, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Aluminum Hydroxide, Stearic Acid, Oligopeptide-34, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Niacinamide, Lactobacillus/Pumpkin Fruit Ferment Filtrate, Zinc Glycinate, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Dimethicone/PEG-10/15 Crosspolymer, Lauryl PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate, Sodium DNA, Tocopherol, Sodium PCA, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Silica, Carbomer, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Benzyl PCA, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Linalool.

Review : BRTC Jasmine Water BB Cream

Product Description
Jasmine Water BB Cream is a triple function cover cream. It provides good moisture, promotes skin elasticity and acts as an excellent coverage for skin imperfections for a radiant, fairer and natural complexion. This product has a beautiful and natural scent of jasmine.

Feature:
A triple functioning bb cream with spf 30, jasmine water for effective anti oxidation, wrinkle reducer, and skin moisturizing. Great for all skin types including dry, wrinkle and aged skin.

Contains: 5% Jasmine extracts juice supplying integrated moisture and makes your skin firmer
1) Makes your dull skin radiant
2) Dried skin becomes moisturized.
3) Non vivid skin becomes bright and polished.

As it contains jasmine extract, it supplies integrated moisture and skin tightening. And it effectively displays vivid skin tone of your skin through wrinkle care and UV blocking.

I ordered 2 sachets from The Sample Store just to try out this popular BB cream.
There is a light subtle jasmine scent which is barely noticeable. Coverage is sheer to medium and blends into the skin pretty well, till its barely noticeable. The texture is quite runny, perhaps that is why each sachet was only able to provide me with about 3 to 4 times of usages.
Oil control seems good, as I do not experience any oiliness on my T-zone after 8 hours of wear. There is a dewy glow to my face, and my skin looks more even-toned.

However, if I do apply too much, my skin would appear too fair though not that drastically bad but obvious enough to have colleagues commenting on my fairer skin.

Main ingredients: Jasmine water, sweet almond oil, purslane, white birch, and green tea water

This BB cream is not drying which is good, as I really dislike any products which are too drying.
However, if I do have flakiness on the skin but still layer the BB cream on it, the flakiness does show up, which is typical of make-up products.
Its great that it contains SPF30 yet it is not greasy on the skin, which really impress me.

Beauty, Magazine Haul from Japan

I was in Japan last week, visiting Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.

As promised, here's the haul from Japan. The damage was lesser than expected. I thought products that were made in Japan would be cheaper but the prices turned out to be almost the same as Singapore.
Products from Shiseido and Shu Uemura were priced almost the same back here.

Fasio seemed to be cheaper in Singapore Watsons if there were 20% discount promotion going on.
Magazines in Japan are definitely cheaper, even with 5% tax.

One can check out Daiso or the 100yen shop for cheap stuff. I bought an eyeshadow set at a mere $1.58 but its made in China.

There were lots of drugstores all around Japan with drugstore brands available.
Fancl is cheaper too, especially the supplements which I helped to purchase on behalf of a friend.
Ettusias seems to be slightly cheaper as compared to Singapore, but not the whole range was available in Japan.

Here's some of my magazine haul.

1) Miss magazine that comes with Coach scarf, retailing at $21.90 in Singapore and 780yen ($12.30) in Japan.

Ways in using the scarf

2) In Red magazine that comes with 2 Marc Jacobs Daisy zip pouches, retailing for about $21 in Singapore and 750yen ($12) in Japan

3) L'est Rose E-mook that comes with a lovely L'est Rose tote bag, retailing for $31 in Singapore and 1365yen ($21.50) in Japan

4) Anteprima Emook which comes with a canvas cotton bag that was pretty disappointing. It seems like a big difference from what was shown on the magazine. It costs 1260yen ($20) in Japan, $28.70 in Singapore.

Review : Tony Moly Collagen Gel Eye Mask

Product Description
Tony Moly Collagen gel eye mask is developed with skin smoothing, highly concentrated vegetable collagen and Q10 ingredient to revitalize skin elasticity and suppleness. The eye mask transfers intensive hydration to the inner levels of the skin to reduce the visible signs of fine lines and wrinkles. It inhibit oxidizing effect and gives resilience to your sensitive eye areas. This spa quality eye mask provides professional skin care as well as a relaxing experience in the privacy of your home.

I bought 10 sheets in Korea at an affordable price as compared to Singapore. It has a gum scent which is typical of most of the eye masks in the market. Its not a scent which I quite like but so long if the eye mask does deliver its nutrients and benefits, I believe I can bear with it.
It has a clampshell packaging and each pair of the eye masks is slightly moist, giving a refreshing feel to the undereye area. However, its also slippery and slide down easily on the undereye area.
I can see no benefits, from the 10 masks usage.

Review : Juice Beauty Organic Citrus and Aloe Hand and Body Wash

This organic juice solution is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, containing the following main ingredients
- aloe barbadensis leaf juice : soothes and replenishes moisture, over 75 nutrients
- punica granatum (pomegranate) juice : powerful antioxidant, anthocyanidins, vitamin A, B, C, K
- vitis vinifera (white grape) juice : powerful antioxidant, resveratrol, vitamin A, B, C
- lemon verbena : improves skin's texture, soothes skin, invigorating scent
- soothing sugar cleansers : gently removes impurities while protecting skin’s natural moisture balance

I got the travel kit for US$16 via drugstore.com purchase from USA.It consists of the body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner but I will just be reviewing the body wash today.
I have brought it along for my Japan trip and its almost completely used up.
Full of antioxidant benefits, there is nothing much to hate about for this body wash.
It has a light citrus scent which is uplifting to the senses and lathers pretty well to provide a good wash for the body.
I really like this very much, if only its not that expensive in Sephora Singapore.

Review : Beauty Credit Red Wine Essential Cotton Mask

Product Description
Red wine contains resveratrol and polyphenol, believed to be able to neutralise free radicals that attack healthy cells, and have anti-inflammatory properties.
It also contains skin-firming polyphenol helping the pore to maintain a healthy-lookingby deliveringmoisture deep inside and resilience to the outer skin.

Made of 100% cotton hypoallergenic mask, I bought 5 sheets when I was in Hong Kong for about $2 per piece. Much affordable than in Singapore.
As what the name implies, the sheet mask is heavily scented with red wine fragrance. Initially, I was hesitant in trying out this mask as I was told by a promoter before ( not from Beauty Credit) that red wine flavoured mask are usually not recommended for those with sensitive skin.

After using these sheet masks over the past 2 weeks, I am glad to say that I have not developed any allergies or breakouts from it. The fragrance is abit too strong for me though. I also did not notice any significant difference to my skin when I used it too. No firming, no radiance.

Review : Bioglo Lifting & Moisturising Toning Mist

Product Description
A toning mist so refreshing, you will look forward to spritzing! Never sticky or greasy, this alcohol-free toning spray provides instant hydration and continuous moisture to your skin. Special ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid, ceramides and Moist 24™ help skin stay plumped-up and radiant the whole day, providing round-the -clock hydration to skin. Contains Hexapeptide and hydrolyzed elastin to help smoothen out fine lines and lift sagging skin. Keeps skin soft and fully hydrated. Primes skin for make-up  Ideal for refreshing make up too.

Dehydrated skin causes your complexion to appear dull, dark and uneven toned. It is also more sensitive and more susceptible to fine lines and wrinkles, so it ages more rapidly!

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) "plumps" up collapsed skin structure, increases skin smoothness, soften fine lines and wrinkles. Improved skin hydration can actually make skin appear faired and more evenly toned!

It was found that a Japanese population from the Yuzuri Hara village have unbelievable wrinkle-free, smooth, unblemished skin well into their 80s. Their secret? Hyaluronic Acid!

Hence, I am always on the lookout for products with HA.

I usually purchase my Bioglo products via a colleague who is a member of its network, hence able to get the products at a cheaper rate.
However, according to this
price list, it seems that it costs much cheaper in Malaysia. I have to re-think of getting the products from Malaysia next time then.

This 50ml spray used up pretty fast once I got hold of it. Having brought it along on my 8days trip, its already 50% used up. It was proven to be the best choice I ever chose. This spray is handy and portable to bring it around. I have flaky skin on my first 2 days in Osaka and this spray helped my skin tremendously. It soothe my skin and hydrates it - my flakiness disappeared immediately, making my make-up stayed on well.
I really love this spray and I believe its going to be a staple in my skincare kit.

Another way which I used it, is to spray generously on a tissue paper ( cotton pads are also fine )and then press and hold on to the dehydrated areas for a few minutes. The flakiness disappeared and my make-up hardly accentuate it. What a gem this toning mist is!

There was not much of a scent and the mist does not came out in a fine mist but rather in spritz form, hence may hurt the skin if used too much force on the spray. Its not damaging but I think a fine mist would be more gentle on the skin.

Ingredients:
Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Sodium PCA, Hyaluronlc Acid, Hydrolysed elastin, Moist 24™ (Imperata Cylindrica Root Extract, Glycerin, PEG-8, Carbomer), Ceramide 2, Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, Dipotassum Glyoyrrhizate, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Extract, PPG-28, Polysorbate 20, Propylene Glycol

Review : 100% Pure Pink Champagne Sugar Scrub

Product Description
100% Natural, 100% Vegan and Gluten free, this sparkling pink champagne body scrub will leave your entire body smooth and silky soft. Infused with vitamins, antioxidants and nourishing fruit oils to keep your skin moisturized and healthy. Fruit acids make skin healthy and glowing. Truly, 100% Pure - no synthetic chemicals, no artificial fragrances, no chemical preservatives or anything else not 100% Pure.

This was the last of the 2 scrubs I bought from Creme Parlour way back in June. You can read about more about the Mocha scrub here . This was highly recomended from the lady who owned Creme Parlour because of its fragrance. And true enough, it does smell heavenly. I love it initially but as time grew, I started to feel that the fragrance is too overwheming for me.
Pink sugar beads and liquid are mixed in the 6oz/170g tub. If you scoop up more liquid than the sugar beads, you will end up with a stronger layer of "moisturisng veil" on the body. I made the mistake once and I absolutely hated it. My body felt greasy and unclean.
So the right way is to scoop more beads than the liquid which is just nice enough for some people. However, it still does leave a "veil" on the body which I do not really appreciate. The sugar scrubs, in my opinion, is still too coarse for my delicate skin.
However, during the scrub, I do notice there is a glistening shine on the skin. After the scrub, skin does feel smooth and glowy to the touch.

In Singapore, you can get it from Bud Cosmetics , Purity Cosmetics and Creme Parlour but the prices vary, so do your homework first.
