Review: AAG whitening Eye Mask

My Chinese is pretty poor so the name above is actually a direct translation of the Chinese name which may not be that accurate.
Got these eye masks which comes in a box ( with 5 pairs ) in Taiwan. I was on an eye mask shopping spree and picked up whatever I thought was good.
This was one of them but sadly, it was a big disappointed.

Manufactured in Taiwan from Unibiotech, this mask contains alot of good ingredients, like Vitamin E, Vitamin C (ascorbyl glucoside) and Hyaluronic Acid and I was hoping that I can see some visible improvement on my under eye area.

The presentation of the mask looks pretty cheap as each pair was pasted on a white plastic sheet of paper. The cresent shaped mask is slightly spongy on 1 side and sticky on the other side. Its dry so you just need to stick the sticky portion on the under eye area.

After using 1 pack, I hardly see any improvement.

Review : Etude House Hydro Wrapping Mask - Firming

Product Description
Mask sheet's special hydro coating essence contains botanical extracts to effectively refresh complexion.

I only got 1 mask so it may be unfair to judge the effectiveness of this mask. There was a slight firming effect but it only lasted till the next morning.
Apologies that I cannot remember anything about the scent but I believe its not overwhelming else I would have remembered.

Mask sheet is the similar stiff and thick material as with the rest of the hydro wrapping range.
And as usual, alcohol is one of the ingredients so I would not re-purchase it again.

Active Ingredients : Red Ginseng and Korean Plum Extracts

Review : Skin Food Lettuce and Cucumber Water Drop Essence

Product Description
Water-based, it relaxes tired skin with water-rich lettuce and cucumber extracts, collagen and vitamin ingredients. Provides long lasting hydration and moisture retention on the skin.

2 sachets were what I received as complimentary samples from Korea and 4 usages are all I need to love this product enough to recommend to those with dehydrated skin.

Light and refreshing with a cucumber and lettuce scent, it sinks easily into the skin without any greasy feel. The texture is surprisingly light and airy and provides much needed moisture to the skin.

I have combination skin with dehydrated surface and this product fits it to a tee, because it was able to provide all the moisture which I needed, without weighing it down. Absolutely, nothing to hate about.
Made me keen to try out the rest of the products in this line.

Review on Clarins HydraQuench Cooling Cream Gel

Product Description
A wonderful refreshing cream-gel for normal to combination skin which ensures a matte finish and long-wearing make-up, along with optimal hydration, thanks to Katafray bark extract. Ideal for warm climates.

I received a 5ml sample after a lengthy consultation with the friendly Clarins promoter. It lasted me less than a week but it has already won me over, with its efficacy and effectiveness.
If you have been following my blog, you would have noted that I tend to incline towards water-based skincare products because I believe thats what work best for my skin.

After Clarins started their campaign in giving out samples for your skin type, I had the chance to try out some of their products and I have been truly impressed with some of them. No kidding.
I have combination skin, with surface dehydration and sensitive at times, hence hydrating products are always on the top of my list.

Recommended for normal to combination skin and light blue in colour, it has a nice subtle plant extracts scent which is pretty soothing to me.
Visually, it looks like a lighter version of cream but the texture is light and gets absorbed into the skin without any greasy feel.

I matched this cream-gel, together with their serum and I really love it. I love how my skin looks healthier, hydrated and plumped up with moisture.
In fact, there were no flakiness on my skin, despite being in an air-conditioned room for 2 whole days, which was pretty impressive.
However, I do not see any improvement in my sebum production and my combination skin is still oily when mid day comes.

Retailing at $88, I thought its pretty expensive and the worst thing is, it contains alcohol as its 2nd ingredient.
I really love this product but because of its alcohol content, I have to let it go.

Check out 90% positive reviews on Makeupalley and decide if this is the one for you.

Main Ingredients :
Hyaluronic Acid : maintain ideal moisture levels
Katafray Bark : restructures your skin’s protective outermost layers and limits dehydration
Sorbier Tree Bud : stimulates radiance-boosting microcirculation
Vitamin E : protect against free radicals

Pomegranate extract : regulates sebum production and tightens pores

Review on Ola Hawaii Passion Fruit Citrus Pacific Sea Salt Scrub

Product Description
Passion fruit, mango and a variety of tangy citrus notes. Relaxing and increases vitality and awareness.
The Ola Hawaii mineral-rich Pacific Sea Salt Scrub combines Hawaiian sea salt, deep sea minerals and organic Lehua honey for an Invigorating, conditioning, moisturizing, and detoxifying exfoliation.

I bought the smaller size at $12.90 to try it out first, before investing in the full size. The lady in charge of the online store, is a very friendly, patient and accomodating lady who goes out of her way to answer my queries via email and sms. Very good service indeed.

Being my first purchase of an organic body scrub, I was really looking forward to trying this out and really hope that it works out fine.

The 1.6oz tub lasted me for about 6 usages perhaps because I scooped out alot to do a full body scrub.
I am impressed that the tub is sealed tightly and one really need to poke a hole to the seal of the tub before using it. Very hygienic which I like.

I cannot tell what the fragrance is, but its quite nice and soothing to the senses. And what do I see when I opened the seal? Sea Salt soaked in Lehua Honey, Coconut Oil, etc!

Unlike the normal body scrub, this body scrub have much liquid in them, hence when I scooped out, I need to take care not to scoop out the salt scrub only, but together with some of the liquid contents.

Contrary to what others say, I need to scoop out alot before I can do a full body scrub which also explained why I used up the tub so soon.

One shocking news is that, I actually developed some allergic reaction to it. While I can say that my face is of sensitive nature but I can hardly say that of my body, in fact, my body hardly have any adverse reactions to the products I used so far, hence I was quite surprised that my body was itchy after the first use.

On my first use, the left side of my body started to get itchy, like the arms, thighs and calves. On the second use, my body became itchy all over, even after rinsing it off. I am now using it for the 5th time, 1 last scoop and its the end of the tub. I really wanted to like this scrub but my body is resisting against it.

Just a note that, after each shower, it left a slight oily film on the body, most probably for moisturising purposes though its not something I like, because I felt unclean.

Ingredients :
Pacific Sea Salt, Lehua Honey, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Virgin Coconut Butter, Vegetable Glycerin, Coconut Oil, Mango Seed Butter, Avocado Fruit Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Kukui Nut Oil, Hawaiian Alae Red Sea Salt, Hawaiian Deep Sea Minerals, Passion Fruit Juice, Orange Juice, Extracts Of: Noni, Olena Root, Aloe,Olena Powder , Aloe Vera Powder, Natural Passion Fruit Aroma, Essential Oils Of: Blood Orange,Grapefruit, Orange

Review on Etude House Hydro Wrapping Mask Sheet - Brightening

This is probably the 2nd last variety I got from the Hydro Wrapping range. I bought 2 sheets from this brightening range and used them on 2 consecutive days.

Similar to the previous mask sheets in the same hydro wrapping range, the material and texture of the sheet is slightly thicker and stiffer than norm.
Size of the nose flap is slightly larger on my face.

Containing rooibos and white tea extracts, I found the scent to be abit weird but its not an issue with me as the scent dissipated once I layered on the face for a while.
However, as usual, it contains alcohol, hence its not a mask I would use for long term.
Whats great is that, it does give an immediate brightening effect.

Review on Cest Naturel Hair Detangler

Product Description
Protects the scalp and keeps hair soft and moisturised. Jojoba oil ensures scalp and hair follicles are
thoroughly cleansed by helping to dissolve oil build-up. Regular use reduces hair fall, tangling and split
ends.

I have been looking for a hair detangling product for some time and chanced upon this online. What I did not realized at that point was that, its not a leave-in spray type. My ideal detangling product is a convenient and handy leave-in spray so that I can just spritz on the tangled hair ends only.

I only realized my mistake when I received it. Being my first hair detangler product, my only expectation is that it should a least work what its supposed to do. I think thats pretty logical.
This product is actually a rinse-off conditioner, totally opposite to what I intend to get, however, I decided to give it a try and hope that its a great help to my problem.

This product smells pretty nice and the texture feels almost lightweight. Once applied on wet hair during the bath, the hair feels immediately silky and soft.
However, after my hair have been towel-dried, it does not feel that soft and silky than when its wet, although overall, my hair still feels better than before using this conditioner.

My biggest disappointment is that it does not help in detangling my hair. At first, I tried as a spot treatment, apply on the tangled bits but the hair does not slip and the tangled knots does not loosen. Next, I tried it as an overall conditioner, it did nothing much in detangling my hair.

Eventually, I gave up and treat it as a conditioner for making my hair soft.
If you do not have any tangled knots in your hair, this is a good natural product to try it out.

Ingredients:
Demineralized water (Aqua), Cetyl Alcohol, PABA, Glycerin, Cetrimonium Chloride, Citric
Acid, Carrot (Daucus Carota Sativa) Oil, Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) Oil, Geranium Maculatum Oil,
Olive (Olea Europaea) Oil, Dead Sea Salt (Maris Sal), Jojoba (Buxus Chinensis) Oil, Dimethicone, Fragrance (Pafum), Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis) Gel, Methylparaben, Tocopherol (Vit. E), Panthenol, Retinol.

Review on The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel

Product Description
A refreshing cleansing gel that lathers up in the bath or shower to leave your skin feeling clean, fresh and subtly scented.

I bought 2 bottles of this during a sale and I thought the scent is not as lightly scented as described. In fact, the strawberry scent came on strongly during the rinse. Just too fruity for me. Probably best for those who are strawberry lovers.
There was alot of foam and hence lathers very well but I considered it too much for my likes.
The scent did not linger for long after I came out of the shower though, so in a way, its still alright for me since its too fruity for me, anyway.
It contains glycerine which is a water soluble moisturiser that also enriches foam and lather.

It scored a 3.8/5 on Makeupalley and 8/10 from Total Beauty and many of the users simply love the scent so I guess it works on most people, just not me.

Ingredients :
Aqua (Water) (Solvent/Diluent), Sodium Laureth Sulfate (Surfactant), Glycerin (Humectant), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Surfactant), Cocamide DEA (Surfactant), Coco-Glucoside (Surfactant), PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (Emulsifier), Parfum (Fragrance), Phenoxyethanol (Preservative), Glycine soja (Soybean Oil) (Emollient/Skin Conditioner), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Citric Acid (pH Adjuster), Fragaria vesca (Strawberry Juice) (Natural Additive), PEG-55 Propylene Glycol Oleate (Surfactant), Propylene Glycol (Humectant), Benzophenone-4 (Sunscreen), Disodium EDTA (Chelating Agent), Limonene (Fragrance Ingredient), Cinnamal (Fragrance Ingredient), Linalool (Fragrance Ingredient), Citral (Fragrance Ingredient), CI 17200 (Colour), CI 14700 (Colour).

Review on My Scheming Beauty Crystal Hydrating Mask

Product Desciption
Increase elasticity, replenishes moisture, quickly absorbed into skin to restore Skin DHA balance. Fights against wrinkles as well as brightens up the skin around the eye region

Cold, tingly and refreshing, it provides an invigorating boost to the tired eyes but I only own 1 eye mask so I cannot comment much further.
Its not something I would consider getting again.

Review on Fekkai Glossing Shampoo and Conditioner

Product Description
Frédéric Fekkai Glossing Shampoo gives you unbelievably glossy, shiny hair while gently cleansing and adding lustre to dull, normal hair to give smooth, vivid gloss to your locks.

This shine-enhancing Glossing Shampoo is infused with pure olive oil extract which gently cleanses while wheat protein builds strength.
Frédéric Fekkai Glossing Conditioner provides you with lightweight moisture and vivid gloss while adding lustre and vibrancy to your normal or dull hair, leaving it looking super shiny & ultra healthy.

This lightweight Frédéric Fekkai conditioner is enriched with pure olive oil and moisturisers to give amazing shine to your hair, while wheat proteins build strength from within, giving you sleek, glossy hair like you’ve never experienced before!

Using natural olive oil as the key ingredient, Frédéric created his best-selling Glossing family to restore brilliance and shine to dull, dry and lifeless hair. In addition, natural humectants and proteins leave hair noticeably radiant and smoother.

The original price retails for about $32 each at Sephora stores on our local shores but I bought both the shampoo and conditioner at $32 during the Sephora warehouse sale which was a pretty good bargain.
Both are packaged in matte plastic containers in lovely green colour with the shampoo on a darker green colour.

The fragrance is light and refreshing with a slight hint of olive oil.
The shampoo has a thick consistency but thankfully, it still manage to spread easily and produces lots of lathering foam. I have thick, coarse and wavy hair and using this shampoo alone made my hair feel slightly straw-like and tangled up. Not a very pleasant feeling.

Following up with the conditioner saved the day, leaving my hair soft though it still feels tangled-up. I have dry hair ends but using this shampoo and conditioner do not seem to make any difference to them.
I do not notice any shine or gloss too.
It made my hair clean but its nothing spectacular. Lots of shampoos out there can made my hair clean too.

The conditioner is of a thicker consistency than the shampoo which is understandable. A heavier cream texture. Using it together with the shampoo is highly recommended as it does made my hair soft but I really need help with some of the tangled part as my hair tangled up pretty easily and the conditioner does not seem to help in this aspect.

Laneige, Payot, Bioglo, Strawberrynet Haul

My recent purchases :

1) Bioglo Collagen Masks and Toning Mist  from Cosway
2) Neck Mask from Guardian
3) Payot Eye Mask from Strawberrynet
4) Laneige Clear C Effector from the recent sale

You would be pleased to know that the April Issue of AMICA is giving away a free full sized of the NUXE toner worth $32.90. I have an ex-colleague who used to rave about NUXE products but I have never really get to really understand about this brand.
You can read more about the brand here and here

Am I glad to see that the magazine which costs $6 is giving away the toner for free. With the Kinokuniya card, I paid only $5.40, quite a good deal, I would say.

On top of that, you will get a $20 beauty voucher which will expire end of this month.

Over the weekend, my strawberrynet online order arrived. My Christian Dior cleansing water comes free with a Lancome Le Crayon Kohl.
I would not be reviewing this product yet as I am still using H20 cleansing water whose review will be coming up real soon. Stay tuned for that.

Review on Beauty Credit Milk Skin and Emulsion

Product Description (Emulsion)
The milk extracts containing plenty of essential amino acid and vitamins can properly supply the moisture and oil that can be easily lost and prevent the skin from drying and corneous tissue from accumulated.

The emulsion forms a protective layer to block all the environment damages from the skin. Milk is mild and gentle to skin which gives you one of the best moisturizing effect, it also calm inflammation and stressed skin. Vitamin E and honey extract softly covers the skin and keep skin moisten, making your skin soft and radiant like a baby everyday

Receiving this miniature set from Korea when I was topping up my supply of Beauty Credit masks ( I am a big fan of Beauty Credit facial sheet masks ), I finally have a chance to try this out for the past 2 weeks.
Needless to say, the toner which is the milk skin used up quite fast so I was left with the emulsion which is the moisturiser.

Both exude a sweet baby milk fragrance and even though its supposed to be very nice, but somehow I was overwhelmed by the strong fragrance during my initial usage.
The toner is a murky greyish lotion whose consistency is thicker than the normal liquid toner but I see no difference on my face before and after use so perhaps the sample size is just too small.

The emulsion texture is thicker than gel but lighter than a cream hence falling inbetween a gel and a cream. I felt that the hydrating factor is pretty poor so I would recommend this for those with normal skin type to act as a light moisturiser.

Its not suitable for my skin type so I would not get this again.

Review on Milliw Collagen Hydrogel Eye Patch

I bought this in one of the drugstores in Korea and from the name, I guess its a collagen eye patch.
Containing 5 pair of eye patches, the sweet light green patches are pasted on a transparent plastic backing and individually packed.
It contains a light fragrance too.

After using it for 5 nights, I see no difference on the undereye area.
No lifting from the purported collagen-laden eye patches. What a disappointment!

Made in Korea, its from Hanwoong.

Review on True Phyto Balancing Tonic

Product Description
Specially formulated with Aloe, Cucumber and Horsetail Extracts to eliminate comedones and accelerate the skin’s metabolism. Strengthens the skin’s self healing ability, counters hyper sensitivity and inflammation, and has an astringent effect on the pores. Normalises the skin’s secretion sebaceous glands, transforming oily skin into clean, clear and nourished skin.

I am used to using toner via cotton pads rather than using this product by patting on the face. Its pretty refreshing though after patting it in by an upward movement as per instruction on its bottle.

Did it help to eliminate comedones? -> not that I can see of. My nose is still full of yucky blackheads.
Did it counters hyper sensitivity? -> My skin does feel less sensitive, not that prone to redness.
Did it transfer oily skin to nourished skin? -> My skin does feel less oily than usual. I do not really need to dab away the oiliness on my T-zone that often.

That said, I think I do experience some of its claims in a positive way which is such a bonus as toners to me, are usually nothing spectacular or rather I do not have toners which impresses me.

Aloe Extracts, Cucumber Extracts, Horsetail Extracts, Witch Hazel Extracts, Mallow Extracts, Seaweed Extracts.

Review on Skin Food Broccoli Sun Cream SPF42 +++

Product Description
A waterproof sun screen cream that offers your skin high protection against both UVA and UVB rays. It contains portulaca oleracea linne, aloe, chamomile and broccoli extracts to soothe skin and ease skin irritation caused by UV radiation. A waterproof product that is resistant againsts perspiration and water.

I received 2 complimentary sample sachets while shopping for Skin Food facial masks in Korea last year. As you may know, Koreans are pretty generous in giving out samples for you to try it out which is pretty great since one can get to try out the product before investing in the full retail size.

2 sample sachets lasted me for about 4 uses which I used in the morning before my BB cream.
According to dailymail, eating plenty of leafy greens has long been a weapon against cancer and suncream based on compounds in broccoli could also help to prevent skin cancer by slathering them on the face like what this product does.

Isothiocyanates, a naturally occurring anticancer compound found in the brassica family of green, leafy vegetables like broccoli, can be used to create a drug to slow down the growth of malignant melanoma. Combining the vegetable extracts with the mineral selenium boosted their effectiveness and cut production of a key cancer-causing protein, as reported by the Clinical Cancer Research report. In another source, its also been claimed that extracts of broccoli may help to protect people from the damaging effects of the sun's rays.

Sulforaphane in broccoli sprouts reduces redness resulting from sun exposure, known as erythema.
The extracts works inside cells by boosting the production of protective enzymes that defend cells against UV damage. Researchers estimate that it could protect the skin after several days and even after the extract is no longer present on or in the skin. You can read more about it from Washington Post as well.

Skin Food Broccoli Sun Cream has a broccoli scent, as the name implies. I actually found it abit odd to be applying what I usually eat with rice on my face. The scent is just so distinctly broccoli which needs some adjusting on my end.
I like that it contains a high SPF factor of 42 with PA+++, definitely good protection for our skin.

However, I do find the texture slightly drying on my face and hands. No obvious white cast on the skin though. It is also slightly sticky which made me stand in front of the fan for 2 minutes for to get absorbed into the skin quickly. My skin felt "more protected" after the application.
Would I buy this again? Probably not, as its not suitable for my skin type.

Bioglo Skin Revive Multivitamin Mask

Sorry that I was unable to provide pictures or more information on this mask as I had threw away the box.
I bought this mask, under the Cosway branding via a colleague but both of us ended up disappointed with this product.

For some unknown reason, it stings my face, a chilli-hot feeling after leaving it for like 5 minutes on the face. I thought it could be the mask doing its work on the face as I remembered a warning like that on all Bioessence products but I am not taking any chances since its not mentioned on the box itself.

The stinging feeling started to get lesser after 15minutes though its still there.
The whole sensation is nothing unbearable but its just something I never experienced before so its abit funny to me.
Thank goodness, after the mask treatment, my skin did not turn red or broke out but I would not get this product again.

Scoring a 9 on Total Beauty and 3.5 on Makeupalley , its quite a mixed review by the beauty users.
Surprisingly, I actually like this product as I am usually quite critical of eye treatment products as it never seems to work on me.

Being a Dermalogica fan, I bought this to try it out and is glad that I did not regret my purchase. With a chokeful dosage of superior ingredients, it smells wonderful and has a silicon-like effect to smoothen the skin once applied. It leaves a silky film on the undereye area and seems to soften the fine lines I have, under the eyes.

The texture is light enough for daily use and gets absorbed into the skin easily without any greasiness. It only leave a silicon-like silky feel.

I have been using this faithfully both day and night for close to 4 months and while my fine lines did not reduce but somehow, my eyes look less haggard.
It did not help in the puffiness or dark circles but I would still continue to give it a chance and see how far it goes on my fine lines as I hardly able to find an eye treatment product which truly works so I am definitely holding on to this.

Review on H20 Plus Dual Action Eye Make-up Remover

Product Description
Oil-free, dual-phase liquid that removes even the most tenacious eye make-up and mascara. For dry or normal skin.
Gentle natural ingredients help soothe delicate tissue as impurities are swept away.

I bought this on a whim as I wanted to make up the total purchases to a certain amount to get the GWPs.
I am glad that it works well, in a gentle and effective manner and its oil-free!

Scoring a 3.8 score on Makeupalley , most beauty users would agree with me, thats its quite a gentle eye make-up remover which is able to remove your daily eye makeup without any irritation to the eyes.
Initially, I was disappointed to find out that it left an unpleasant oily film after each usage which does not really appeal to me. I would need to do double cleansing to remove the oily residue.
Upon reading the instructions clearly later, I realized that I have forgotten to shake to mix the oil and water together. What a klutz!
Before each use, so long I remembered to shake the bottle, there is not much of an oily residue left behind.

Ingredients :

Review on Laneige Hydra Solution Mask

Product Description
A sheet mask that is deeply soaked with concentrated essence to effectively deliver intense Hydra Energy to dehydrated skin with Himalaya Glacial Water. Each sheet mask contains 20ml of Hydra Solution Essence, immediately quenching thirsty skin to give moist, supple and revitalized skin.

I bought this from Korea last year, without realizing that its available in Singapore that time. In fact, I was not even intending to get this sheet mask, I was aiming for their Water Bank sheet mask but its not available in Korea. Their promoter recommended this to me so I picked up 2 boxes.

I had it close to 7 months before I started using it this week, when my skin goes into an erratic flaky stage, due to some unknown allergies to my regular cleanser.
Usually, I would not start a new product when my skin is not at its optimal stage as I did not want to risk giving it a biased review however, I was really in need of some hydration and sheet mask is a convenient way to slap it on the face on a busy night.

This mask was voted one of the best beauty buys for hydrating mask in Singapore Women's Weekly (January 2010 issue). Read the rest of the best beauty buys from here.

There are 2 sheets in each individual packet, 1 for the upper face and 1 for the lower face. Made up of 100% natural material based sheet mask, it contains 20ml hydra solution essence to provide deep hydration.
I do sense a whiff of alcohol in it which could also be why it dries up partially within 30minutes.

It did provide some soothing and hydrating relief to the tightness on my face but did not resolve the flakiness, despite using 4 sheets on 4 consecutive days.

Key ingredients

• Silicium Ion Complex
• Ionized Minerals
• Skin Purifying Booster
• Orris extract (Iris Florentina): Holds soothing, astringent and purifying properties with essential oils and isoflavone and enriched sugar.
• Prodew 400 (amino acid complex of 8 types of Amino Acids): skin friendly amino complex made up of 8 amino acids, combined with amino NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factors) ingredients and hydrating ingredients from natural plant extract. These heighten skin conditioning & moisture levels while promoting collagen formation for improved skin texture.

This mask is retailing at $58 for 8 sheets in a box.

Review on Bliss Vanilla + Bergamot Bubbling Bath + Shower Gel

Product Description
Foams up fast and does double duty in the bath

I bought this shower gel  from the Sephora sale at about $15.

This scores high on Total Beauty  with a 9.5 score and a 3.7 score on Makeupalley but I thought it was way overrated at 9.5. Perhaps its just me, alone. Afterall, Bliss is touted as New York's hottest spa, who am I to argue?

When I first started out on this product, the scent practically blew me off - in a negative way, I meant. It was overpowering and I really hated it. The texture was thick and clumpy ( if there is such a word ), meaning it sort of clump together when I tried to lather on my body.
There were lots of lathering foam which dries out my skin in a mild way but nothing serious. I just do not really like the way my skin felt after each bath.
The scent, however will linger after the bath.

The scent soon grow on me and it reminded me of vanilla now. Funnily, it never really dawned on me thats its vanilla and bergamot scent initially. I am also now used to its thick and clumpy texture though I do not think I would re-purchase again.
Since this product came from Bliss and it was the first Bliss product I owned, naturally, I have high expectations of it. You wouldn't call New York's hottest spa for nothing , right?
But well, I was disappointed with the overall feel about this product. I guess its just not for me.

Its quite an average shower gel, to my standard and I believe there are much better products out there, just waiting for me to lay my hands on them.

Review on Etude House Hydro Wrapping Mask - Refreshing

Mask sheet's special hydro coating essence contains botanical extracts to effectively refresh complexion.

Similar to the rest of the Hydro Wrapping masks which I have used before, the nose flap is too large.
The scent is pretty alright but like most of the etude house products which I have tried, this contains alcohol which is a big no-no.

After the mask treatment, skin is left feeling refreshed and relaxed but it does not upped the hydrating factor.
Just a regular mask treatment for my skin, as far as I can see. Nothing spectacular.

Review on Etude House Hydro Wrapping Mask - Nourishing

Product Description
Mask Sheet's special hydro coating essence contains botanical extracts to effectively nourish complexion.

This nourishing mask claims to provide nourishing honey and caviar ingredients to the skin, making it soft and smooth.
Under this range, the texture and material of the mask are usually thicker and stiffer. The cut-out area is also slightly bigger at the nose area, giving it an irritating excess flap when I layered on my face.

The scent is honey mixed with something else which I cannot put my finger upon. Its still bearable and is not unpleasant. My skin is left feeling soft and smooth to the touch, however as alcohol is listed as the 4th ingredient, its not something I would purchase again.

Active Ingredients : Honey and Caviar
