The 1 complimentary sachet I owned was enough for many times of usages but I threw it away after 3 times. Simply because it gave me breakouts on all 3 times and I did not use it on 3 consecutive days.
The breakouts simply turned up the following morning on all 3 times.
That said, it does smell nice and the texture is pretty fluid. However, as with all whitening products, it just does not hydrate my skin sufficiently.

i believe the main culprit are Potassium Hydroxide (PH) and Limonene, Linalool mainly.
the PH is a form of pH adjuster it runs the risk of being skin irritant too. it's rather toxic as well so avoid that by all means.
whereas the Limonene and linalool
are a type of perfume scent ingredient from citrus fruit and is highly irritating for your sensitive skin.
do also take to avoid these 2 common ingredients in your skincare e.g. Phenoxyethanol; preservative, very skin irritant
and also Benzyl Alcohol;
preservative, solvent, viscosity decreasing agent
just to share with you. i know sensitive skin needs extra care and caution coz i have sensitive skin too and i take note of the ingredients so just to share with you.

Yes, PH could be one of the causes though Skin Deep only rate it as a low hazard of 1
Limonene has a higher hazard of 6 and Linalool with hazard of 4.
